What are the modes of payment that is accepted on the website?

Where will I get my payment receipt?

Your payment receipt will be shared to your email and will be available on your personal LMS account provided by Invensis Learning.

Why am I finding error while adding my billing info or why is my card declined?

For any payment issue/error, you should check with your bank to find out why the card was declined. For example, some credit cards do not allow cross-border transactions or online transactions that exceed a certain limit. Check if the same issue persists with other cards if you have any. Also, debit cards face these issues a lot, so, please make payment only through a valid credit card.

An error occurred while I tried to make the payment and the order did not complete. But, I am able to see the transaction listed on my bank statement.

Transactions that are blocked may temporarily appear on the customer’s statement. The transaction voided will remove the temporary pending authorization from the customer’s credit card within 1 business day. Some banks will take 2-3 days to remove the pending charge.

Why am I getting a zip code check error while I am trying to make the payment?

For this you need to contact your bank for more information. The problem may be due to an error where there is a double check for the zip or the address furnished to the bank and it is trying to match the same during the check-out. With a mismatch in the billing information here and the one provided to the bank will always lead to this zip code error.

Can I make the payment using international currency?

Yes, you can make the payment in the following currencies – USD, EURO, GBP, AUD, NZD

Does Invensis Learning offer EMI or part payment for a course purchase?

Yes, Invensis Learning offers EMI or Part payment option for a course purchase.

Is there any option other than credit card to make my EMI payment?

No, currently there is no option other than credit card to make your EMI payment.

Is there a transaction/processing fee applied while making a course purchase? If so, what is the percentage?

Yes, there is a transaction/processing fee applied while making a purchase. You get charged 4% of the total amount as the processing fee.

Group training of more than 5 participants can be customized
On-site training can be customized as per clients’ requirement

How much discount will I get if I enroll for training?

What is the certification that I will get after completing my training?

For all the certification training courses, you will receive their official certificate. Upon completion of the certification exam, the results will be immediately announced. If a participant has cleared the exam, your digital certificate will be made available immediately. But, if you require a hard copy of the certificate, you may incur additional cost and it will be delivered to your address in 2-3 weeks of time.
