    The path to online CSM certification in Fiji is straightforward. Complete the 2-day Certified Scrum Trainer® (CST®)-led course, take the Scrum Alliance assessment online, and activate your credential through your Scrum Alliance account. Most learners complete the process within a few days of finishing the course.

    Step 1: Enrol in the 2-Day CSM Course

    Choose your preferred Invensis Learning CSM cohort (2-Day Live Online Bootcamp or Corporate Group Training). All cohorts are led by a Scrum Alliance Certified Scrum Trainer® (CST) using official courseware and the latest Scrum Guide.

    Step 2: Attend and Participate in the Full Course

    Attend both days and take part in the workshops, exercises, and discussions. Active participation in the full 16-hour course is required by Scrum Alliance to become eligible for the CSM test.

    Step 3: Receive Your Scrum Alliance Test Invitation

    After the course, your CST submits your participation to Scrum Alliance, which emails you an invitation to take the online CSM test through your Scrum Alliance account.

    What is the format of the CSM exam?

    The CSM exam is an online, open-book, multiple-choice test of 50 questions, taken through the Scrum Alliance member portal after you complete an approved course. No proctor is required.

    How long is the CSM exam and what is the passing score?

    You have 60 minutes to complete the 50-question exam. The passing score is 74%, meaning you must answer at least 37 of the 50 questions correctly.

    How many attempts do I get for the CSM exam?

    Candidates typically have three attempts to pass the CSM exam within 90 days of completing the approved course. Verify the current attempt policy on the Scrum Alliance portal.

    When can I take the CSM exam after the course?

    The exam is available within 90 days of completing your approved CSM course. You access it through your Scrum Alliance member account once the course unlocks it.

    What is the CSM exam based on?

    Is the courseware aligned with the latest Scrum Guide?

    Yes. The courseware is aligned to the current Scrum Guide, the November 2020 edition, and the current Scrum Alliance CSM Learning Objectives, so you learn Scrum as it is practised today.

    Are practice questions and materials included?

    Yes. You receive Scrum Alliance aligned courseware, industry case studies and practice questions mapped to the 50-question, open-book exam format to help you prepare with confidence.

    Do I need Scrum experience before the course?

    No prior Scrum experience is needed. The course is beginner-friendly and starts from the fundamentals, so it suits both newcomers to agile and practitioners who want to formalise their knowledge.

    How long is the CSM training?

    The CSM programme runs for 16 hours of instruction, delivered as two full days or four half-days, meeting Scrum Alliance course requirements. This exceeds the minimum contact time set by Scrum Alliance.
