The Skills You Will BuildAcross the Full Change Management Syllabus

    Applying Organisational Change Models

Select and use organisational change models including Lewin's Three-Step Model, Kotter's 8-Step Model and the McKinsey 7-S Framework, and read organisational culture and readiness to choose the right approach for each scenario.

    Stakeholder Engagement and Communication

Identify and analyse stakeholders with tools like the power and interest grid, build engagement strategies, and design change communication plans that reduce rumour and resistance across the change lifecycle.

    Building and Delivering Change Plans

Run change impact assessments, develop complete change management plans covering training, resistance and benefits, and apply techniques that embed change so improvements are sustained after go-live.
