    Yes. As EU recovery funds, infrastructure and digital transformation expand Greece's project pipeline, employers value candidates who can prove foundational project knowledge. The CAPM helps you get shortlisted for coordinator, PMO analyst and junior project manager roles, and is a recognised first step towards the PMP.

    Do I need work experience to take the CAPM?

    No. The CAPM is the only PMI practitioner credential that requires no project management work experience. You need a secondary degree (such as a high school diploma or global equivalent) and 23 hours of project management education, which this training provides.

    Is the CAPM recognised by employers in Greece?

    Yes. As a PMI credential, the CAPM carries global recognition across PMI's network in more than 200 countries. Employers in Greek construction, IT, shipping, banking and tourism recognise it as a credible signal of project management knowledge and commitment.

    How long is the CAPM valid?

    The CAPM is valid for three years from the date of certification. Unlike the PMP, CAPM is renewed by retaking and passing the exam within the three-year cycle rather than by earning PDUs.

    What does the CAPM exam cover?

    The CAPM exam covers four domains from the 2023 Examination Content Outline: Project Management Fundamentals and Core Concepts (36 percent), Predictive Plan-Based Methodologies (17 percent), Agile Frameworks and Methodologies (20 percent) and Business Analysis Frameworks (27 percent).

    How many questions are on the CAPM exam and how long is it?

    The CAPM exam has 150 multiple-choice questions and you have three hours (180 minutes) to complete it. It is closed book and includes both single-answer and multiple-answer questions.

    Is there a fixed passing score?

    No. PMI uses a psychometrically determined passing score rather than a fixed percentage. Results are reported as pass or fail with performance feedback across the four CAPM domains, so aim for broad mastery of every domain.

    How is the CAPM exam delivered?

    You can take the CAPM exam online through the Pearson VUE OnVUE online proctoring system, or in person at a Pearson VUE test centre. Scheduling is done through the Pearson VUE website or PMI's portal.

    How many attempts do I get for the exam?

    You get up to three attempts within the one-year eligibility period that begins when your application is approved. Re-examination fees apply to the second and third attempts.
