Frequently Asked QuestionsHere's everything you may ask...

It is a globally recognised, two-level qualification that validates your ability to manage the people and culture side of organisational change. Foundation covers change concepts and models; Practitioner proves you can apply them to real scenarios. Both are grounded in the Change Management Body of Knowledge (CMBoK).

    General

What is the Change Management Foundation and Practitioner certification?

It is a globally recognised, two-level qualification that validates your ability to manage the people and culture side of organisational change. Foundation covers change concepts and models; Practitioner proves you can apply them to real scenarios. Both are grounded in the Change Management Body of Knowledge (CMBoK).

Is the change management certification worth it in Macedonia?

Yes. As banks, telecoms, IT firms and public bodies drive digital transformation and EU-led reform, certified change professionals are in growing demand. The credential opens roles from Change Manager and OD Consultant to Transformation Lead, which command pay well above the national average in Skopje.

Who should take this change management course?

It suits change managers, project and programme managers, HR business partners, OD practitioners, consultants and senior leaders who sponsor change. Foundation has no prerequisites, so anyone leading or supporting organisational change can start.

    Is the certification recognised internationally?

Yes. The Change Management qualification is recognised in over 150 countries and is especially well respected across the UK, Europe and other markets where change management is an established profession, which supports mobility for Macedonian professionals.

What standard is the course based on?

The course is aligned to the Change Management Foundation and Practitioner exam syllabi and the current Change Management Practitioner Guide, drawing on the Change Management Body of Knowledge (CMBoK) maintained by the Change Management Institute.

    Pricing

How much does change management certification training cost in Macedonia?

Fees vary by delivery format and schedule, so pricing is available on request. Your enrolment typically bundles instructor-led training, courseware, mock exams and preparation for both exams. Request a quote for current pricing and any offers.

What is included in the course fee?

The fee usually includes aligned courseware, industry case studies, mock exams and practice questions for both levels, open-book technique practice, learner support and guidance for both certification exams. Confirm exam voucher inclusion when you enquire.

Are the exam fees included in the training price?

Exam vouchers are often bundled into instructor-led packages, but this can vary by option. Ask a learning advisor to confirm what is included for the Foundation and Practitioner exams before you enrol.

Do you offer corporate or group discounts?

Yes. We offer corporate group training with tailored schedules and volume-based pricing for PMOs, HR functions and transformation teams in Macedonia. Contact us for a group quote.

    What payment options are available?

We accept major credit and debit cards and bank transfers, with instalment options on selected plans. Speak with a learning advisor to choose the option that suits you.

    Exam

How many exams are in the programme?

There are two separate exams: the Change Management Foundation exam and the Change Management Practitioner exam. You must pass both to hold both credentials, and the combined programme prepares you for each.

What is the format of the Foundation exam?

The Foundation exam is closed book with 50 multiple-choice, single-answer questions and a 40-minute time limit. The pass mark is 50%, which is 25 out of 50 correct.

What is the format of the Practitioner exam?

The Practitioner exam is open book and scenario based, with 5 sections each worth 16 marks (80 marks in total) over 2.5 hours. The pass mark is 50%, which is 40 out of 80 marks.

What does open book mean for the Practitioner exam?

The Change Management Practitioner Guide is permitted during the exam. However, the scenario sections require analysis and judgement, so you cannot simply look up answers. Efficient guide navigation and solid method knowledge are both essential.

How are the exams delivered, and what if I do not pass first time?

Both exams are delivered via online proctoring or at an authorised test centre. If you do not pass first time, our trainers provide guidance and preparation support to help you resit. Ask about the current resit policy when you enrol.

    Course Content

What topics does the change management course cover?

The course covers five areas: Change and the Individual, Change and the Organization, Communication and Stakeholder Engagement, Change Practice, and Personal and Professional Management. Foundation builds knowledge; Practitioner applies it to scenarios.

Which change models will I learn?

You learn a broad set of models including ADKAR, Bridges' Transition Model, Lewin's Three-Step Model, Kotter's 8-Step Model, McKinsey 7-S, Schein's culture model, Goleman's emotional intelligence and Cialdini's principles of influence.

Can a beginner take this course?

Yes. Change Management Foundation has no formal prerequisites and is open to all, so beginners can start with the theory before moving on to applied Practitioner practice within the same programme.

    How long is the training?

The combined Foundation and Practitioner programme is a 40-hour course. The number of days depends on the schedule format, from an intensive full-day option to extended part-day sessions, so you can pick what fits your availability.

    What learning materials are provided?

You receive aligned courseware, industry-driven case studies, mock exams and practice questions for both levels, plus templates and open-book technique practice for the Practitioner exam.

    Enrollment

How do I enrol in the course?

You can enrol through the Invensis Learning website. Choose your preferred format, complete payment, and you will receive access to schedules, courseware and learning resources. Talk to an advisor if you need help choosing.

    What training formats are available?

We offer online (live virtual) instructor-led training and in-house corporate group training. Both are led by experienced change-qualified trainers, so you can learn online or bring the course to your team in Macedonia.

    How soon can I start?

New batches run regularly across the year. Check the upcoming schedules or speak with a learning advisor to find the next available cohort that fits your timeline.

Do you offer training for teams in Macedonia?

Yes. We deliver corporate change management training onsite, live virtual or hybrid, tailored to your sector and team availability. Request a group quote to plan a programme for your organisation.

What is the refund or reschedule policy?

Rescheduling and refunds are handled per our published policy, and selected plans let you reschedule or transfer to another batch. Contact our support team for the details that apply to your enrolment.
