How long is the Azure DevOps training?

Will I get hands-on practice?

Yes. The training is hands-on throughout. You build a CI pipeline, add deployment stages, write and deploy a Bicep template, and set up Azure Monitor and Application Insights, all in the Azure DevOps portal and CLI.
