Work with the two-dimensional Process Assessment Model, mapping the 37 COBIT 5 processes against the capability dimension to structure a repeatable, ISO/IEC 15504-aligned assessment.
Interpret Levels 0 Incomplete through 5 Optimising, and apply the threshold rules that determine when a process qualifies for each capability level.
Apply PA 1.1 through PA 5.2 and the four-point scale (Not, Partially, Largely and Fully Achieved) to translate collected evidence into defensible attribute ratings.
Initiate and scope an assessment using the goals cascade, select the lead and competency assessors, and build the plan, schedule and instruments for a formal review.
