Industry Forces Driving Change Management Demand in Thailand

    Digital Transformation at Scale

Thailand's digital transformation market reaches USD 10.94 billion in 2026 as banks, retailers and hospitals re-platform. Every rollout needs structured change to land adoption, not just new technology.

CM-F&P builds adoption and change-planning skills

Resistance to New Ways of Working

Employees resist new tools out of uncertainty and fear of displacement. Organisations need practitioners who can guide people through transition, so change delivers value instead of stalling.

CM-F&P builds resistance and transition skills

    Digital and Change Talent Shortage

Thailand needs around 100,000 AI professionals but has only 21,000. The same scarcity hits certified change leaders who can guide the large-scale reskilling these programmes demand.

CM-F&P makes certified change leaders stand out

    Thailand 4.0 Workforce Reskilling

    Consulting Demand for Change Scopes

Frequently Asked QuestionsHere's everything you may ask...

The Change Management Foundation and Practitioner (CM-F&P) is a two-level credential covering the models, tools and practices needed to manage the people side of organisational change. Foundation validates knowledge and comprehension, while Practitioner validates your ability to apply change approaches to real scenarios.

    General

What is the Change Management Foundation and Practitioner certification?

The Change Management Foundation and Practitioner (CM-F&P) is a two-level credential covering the models, tools and practices needed to manage the people side of organisational change. Foundation validates knowledge and comprehension, while Practitioner validates your ability to apply change approaches to real scenarios.

Is the change management certification worth it in Thailand?

Yes. As Thai banks, telecoms and manufacturers pursue digital transformation under Thailand 4.0, employers increasingly need certified change practitioners who can drive adoption. Change Manager roles in Bangkok average around THB 1.7M a year, with senior bands reaching far higher.

    Who should take this course?

The course suits project and programme managers, HR and OD practitioners, consultants, and leaders who sponsor or deliver change. Foundation has no prerequisites, so professionals at any career stage can start.

Which standard is the certification based on?

The syllabus is grounded in the Change Management Body of Knowledge (CMBoK) published by the Change Management Institute and the current Change Management Practitioner Guide, following the official Foundation and Practitioner exam syllabi.

Is the change management qualification recognised internationally?

Yes. The Change Management qualification is recognised in over 150 countries and is well respected wherever organisational change is treated as a professional discipline, including across the Thai and wider Asia-Pacific markets.

    Pricing

What is included in the course fee?

The training fee typically includes syllabus-aligned courseware, practice questions, mock exams, open-book Practitioner technique practice, and learner support. Exam voucher inclusion varies, so confirm the current package when you enquire. Request a quote for full details.

How much does change management training cost in Thailand?

Pricing varies by delivery format, schedule and whether exam vouchers are bundled. Instructor-led and corporate options are quoted on request. Speak with a learning advisor for a tailored quote in your preferred format.

Are the exam fees part of the training price?

Exam fees can be bundled or billed separately depending on the package you choose. Both the Foundation and Practitioner exams are separate examinations. Confirm the current inclusion when you enquire about batches.

Do you offer group or corporate discounts?

Yes. We offer corporate group training with customised schedules and volume-based pricing for transformation, HR and project teams. Contact us for a tailored group quote for your organisation in Thailand.

    What payment options are available?

We accept major credit and debit cards and bank transfers, with instalment options on selected plans. Talk to a learning advisor to choose the option that suits you.

    Exam

What is the format of the Foundation exam?

The Foundation exam has 50 multiple-choice questions with a single answer each, taken closed book over 40 minutes. The pass mark is 50%, which is 25 out of 50 correct. It is delivered by online proctoring or at an authorised test centre.

What is the format of the Practitioner exam?

The Practitioner exam is open book, with the Change Management Practitioner Guide permitted. It has 5 scenario-based sections worth 16 marks each, 80 marks in total, over 2.5 hours. The pass mark is 50%, which is 40 out of 80 marks.

How many exams are there and are there prerequisites?

There are two separate exams. Foundation has no prerequisites and must be passed first. The Practitioner exam requires the Foundation certification, and you must pass both to hold both credentials.

What does open book mean for the Practitioner exam?

You may use the Change Management Practitioner Guide during the exam, but the scenario-based sections require analysis and judgement, so you cannot simply look up answers. Efficient guide navigation and deep method knowledge are both essential.

What if I do not pass an exam on the first attempt?

You can re-sit an exam if needed. Our programme includes mock exams, practice questions and open-book technique practice to build readiness before you sit. Confirm the current re-sit policy and any voucher terms when you enrol.

    Course Content

What topics does the syllabus cover?

The syllabus covers five areas: Change and the Individual, Change and the Organization, Communication and Stakeholder Engagement, Change Practice, and Personal and Professional Management. Foundation covers them at awareness level and Practitioner at application level.

Which change management models will I learn?

You will learn individual and organisational models including ADKAR, Bridges' Transition Model, Lewin's three-step model, Kotter's 8-step model, the McKinsey 7-S framework, Schein's culture model, Goleman's emotional intelligence, and Cialdini's principles of influence.

Do I need prior experience or a background in change?

No. Foundation has no formal prerequisites and is open to all. The training builds from core concepts, so beginners and experienced professionals alike can follow the programme and prepare for both exams.

How long is the training programme?

Invensis Learning delivers the combined Foundation and Practitioner programme as a 40-hour course. The number of days depends on the daily schedule, ranging from an intensive full-day format to extended part-day options.

Are practice tests and mock exams included?

Yes. The programme includes practice questions, mock exams and scenario-based open-book practice for the Practitioner level, helping you identify weak areas and build exam readiness for both credentials.

    Enrollment

How do I enrol in the change management course?

You can enrol through the Invensis Learning website. Choose your preferred format, complete payment, and you will receive access to schedules, courseware and learning resources. Talk to a learning advisor if you need help choosing a batch.

What training formats are available in Thailand?

We offer live virtual instructor-led training, classroom sessions, self-paced options and customised corporate group training, so you can pick the format that fits your schedule and location in Thailand.

    How soon can I start?

New batches run regularly across live virtual and corporate formats. See upcoming schedules on the website or speak with a learning advisor to find the next available cohort that suits you.

Can I reschedule or transfer to another batch?

Yes. Flexible options let you reschedule or transfer to another batch where available. Contact our support team to arrange the change for your enrolment.

What is the refund or cancellation policy?

Refunds and cancellations are handled per our published policy, and selected plans include a money-back option. Reach out to our team for the details that apply to your enrolment.
