The programme is aligned to the official Change Management Foundation and Practitioner syllabi and the Change Management Body of Knowledge (CMBoK) maintained by the Change Management Institute, with the current Change Management Practitioner Guide as the core reference. You work with proven models including ADKAR, Kotter's 8-Step Model, Lewin's Three-Step Model and Bridges' Transition Model, plus stakeholder engagement, communication and resistance-management practice. As Dubai accelerates its digital and government transformation agenda, employers across banking, consulting and the public sector need practitioners who can turn strategy into lasting adoption. Earn your CM-F&P with Invensis Learning and move into that demand with confidence.
