    General

What is the EXIN VeriSM Foundation certification?

VeriSM Foundation is an entry-level EXIN credential that validates your understanding of VeriSM, a service management approach for the digital age. It covers the VeriSM model, the management mesh, VeriSM patterns and how organisations define their own flexible service management approach.

Who should take VeriSM Foundation training in Belgium?

VeriSM Foundation suits IT and business professionals who want to understand modern service management. It is relevant to IT service managers, service delivery leads, consultants, ITIL holders and business professionals in IT services, banking, telecoms and the public sector across Belgium.

    Is VeriSM Foundation worth it?

Yes. As Belgian employers modernise service delivery and run several frameworks at once, professionals who can unify them with VeriSM are in demand for roles from service delivery manager to IT service manager, where salaries reach around EUR 95,000. It is a globally recognised, lifetime EXIN credential.

What is VeriSM and the management mesh?

VeriSM is a flexible service management approach that lets organisations combine the right practices for their context rather than following one rigid framework. The management mesh is its central concept, integrating resources, environment, emerging practices and management practices such as ITIL, Agile and DevOps.

Are there any prerequisites for VeriSM Foundation?

No. VeriSM Foundation has no formal prerequisites and is open to all, regardless of education, experience or prior service management knowledge. It is the entry point to the EXIN VeriSM scheme, which progresses to Essentials, Plus and Professional.
