What Is the Change Management Foundation and Practitioner Certification?UntitledYour Route to Leading Change

The Change Management Foundation and Practitioner (CM-F&P) certification validates your ability to manage the people and culture side of organisational change, from understanding how individuals respond to change to applying proven models in real workplace scenarios. This change management certification training in Cyprus prepares you for two credentials in one structured route: Foundation, which tests your knowledge of change concepts, and Practitioner, which tests your ability to apply them. Grounded in the Change Management Body of Knowledge (CMBoK) maintained by the Change Management Institute and the current Change Management Practitioner Guide, the course covers established frameworks including ADKAR, Kotter's 8-Step Model, Lewin's change model, McKinsey 7-S and Bridges' Transition Model. Across 40 hours of instructor-led learning, you build the vocabulary, tools and judgement that Cyprus employers in banking, shipping, fintech and the public sector increasingly expect from change leaders. Whether you are an HR business partner, a project manager, or an aspiring change manager, earning both credentials with Invensis Learning gives you a globally respected way to prove your change capability. Start your change management journey today.

There are two separate exams. You sit and pass the Foundation exam first, then the Practitioner exam, which requires Foundation as a prerequisite. Both must be passed to hold both credentials.

What does open book mean for the Practitioner exam?

The Change Management Practitioner Guide is permitted during the exam. However, the scenario-based questions require analysis and judgement, so you cannot simply look up answers. Efficient guide navigation and deep method knowledge are both essential, and our training builds both.

What if I do not pass an exam on the first attempt?

You can resit the relevant exam. Our training includes mock exams, practice questions and open-book technique to help you prepare thoroughly. Speak with our team about resit arrangements and any support included in your plan.

    Course Content

What will I learn in this change management course?

You will learn to manage the people side of change across five topic areas: Change and the Individual, Change and the Organisation, Communication and Stakeholder Engagement, Change Practice, and Personal and Professional Management, at both Foundation and applied Practitioner level.

Do I need prior experience to enrol?

No. Foundation has no formal prerequisites, so beginners and experienced professionals alike can start. The Practitioner level then builds applied skill, and the training is structured to take you from concepts to confident application.

    How long is the training?

The combined Foundation and Practitioner programme is delivered as around 40 hours of instructor-led learning. The number of days depends on the schedule format, such as intensive full-day or extended part-day delivery.

Is the courseware aligned to the current syllabus?

Yes. The courseware is aligned to the official Change Management Foundation and Practitioner exam syllabi and the current Change Management Practitioner Guide, and draws on the Change Management Body of Knowledge maintained by the Change Management Institute.

Are practice tests and mock exams included?

Yes. The programme includes practice questions and mock exams for both levels, plus scenario-based Practitioner practice using open-book technique, so you can identify weak areas and build readiness before exam day.
