What Is the Certified ScrumMaster Certification?UntitledYour Route into Agile Delivery

Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification training in Ecuador prepares you to step into the Scrum Master role and help agile teams deliver value with confidence. The Certified ScrumMaster credential from Scrum Alliance is the world's most widely recognised Scrum Master qualification, held by over one million professionals, and it validates your command of the Scrum framework, the five Scrum values and servant leadership. The programme is grounded in the current Scrum Guide (the November 2020 edition by Ken Schwaber and Jeff Sutherland) and the Scrum Alliance CSM Learning Objectives. Over a two-day, 16-hour course delivered by a Certified Scrum Trainer, you learn to facilitate all five Scrum events, coach self-managing and cross-functional teams, and remove the impediments that slow delivery. Attending an approved course is mandatory before you can sit the exam. With Ecuador's banks, fintechs and software firms scaling agile delivery under the national Digital Transformation Agenda, certified Scrum Masters are in growing demand in Quito and Guayaquil. Pass the open-book online exam and you earn the CSM designation plus a two-year Scrum Alliance membership. Start your Scrum Master journey with Invensis Learning.

Invensis Learning is aligned with Scrum Alliance to provide CSM certification in Ecuador. The training is delivered by Certified Scrum Trainers (CST) using official Scrum Alliance courseware and the CSM Learning Objectives.
