    The path to Online Agile PM certification follows a structured two-exam route. There are no prerequisites for the Foundation examination.     Step 1: Complete the Agile PM Foundation and Practitioner Training

    Step 2: Sit the Agile PM Foundation Exam

    Take the Foundation exam: 50 multiple-choice questions, 40 minutes, 50% pass mark (25 of 50), closed book. Delivered online proctored from your home or office in Japan, or at an approved test centre.

    Step 3: Earn the Agile PM Foundation Credential

    On passing the Foundation exam, your Agile PM Foundation certificate is issued. The Foundation credential validates your knowledge of Agile project management fundamentals.

    Step 4: Sit the Agile PM Practitioner Exam

    What is the format of the AgilePM Practitioner exam?

    The Practitioner exam has 4 scenario-based questions worth 15 marks each, 60 marks in total, and lasts 2 hours. It is open book, so the AgilePM Handbook is permitted. The pass mark is 50%, meaning 30 out of 60 marks.

    How many exams are in the combined programme?

    Two separate exams. You sit the Foundation exam first, then the Practitioner exam. Both must be passed to hold both credentials. The combined training prepares you for each in one programme.

    What if I do not pass an exam on the first attempt?

    You can re-sit an AgilePM exam if needed. Retake policies and any fees vary, and selected plans include retake support, so preparation with our mock exams is designed to help you pass with confidence. Ask a learning advisor about re-sit options.

    What does open book mean for the Practitioner exam?

    How do I enrol in the AgilePM course?

    You can enrol through the Invensis Learning website. Choose your preferred format, complete payment, and you will receive access to schedules, courseware and learning resources. Talk to a learning advisor if you need help choosing a batch.

    What training formats are available in Japan?

    We offer online (live virtual) instructor-led training, onsite classroom training, and customised corporate group training, plus focused 1-to-1 sessions. Choose the format that fits your schedule and learning style anywhere in Japan.

    How soon can I start?

    New batches run regularly across live virtual and onsite formats. See upcoming schedules on the website or ask a learning advisor to recommend the next available cohort that suits your timezone in Japan.

    Can I reschedule or transfer to another batch?

    Yes. Flexi options let you reschedule or transfer to another batch, and selected plans include the option to attend the training again. Contact support to arrange a change to your enrolment.
