Skills Employers Actively Seek
The Lean Six Sigma Green Belt exam validates your ability to lead process-improvement projects using the DMAIC methodology and core Lean Six Sigma tools. The exam focuses on the Define, Measure, Analyse, Improve, and Control phases; process mapping and value stream analysis; basic statistical analysis (descriptive statistics, hypothesis testing, control charts); and root-cause analysis techniques. Through a combination of multiple-choice questions, candidates are tested on their ability to apply Lean Six Sigma principles in real-world process-improvement environments.

Skills Mapped to the IASSC DMAIC Body of Knowledge
This Green Belt programme takes you through all five DMAIC phases of the IASSC Green Belt Body of Knowledge. By the end you can run a scoped improvement project end to end, from defining the problem to controlling the gains with data.
Skills covered in the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt start here: capture the voice of the customer, build a business case and project charter, identify critical-to-quality characteristics and frame problems with the Y equals f of x strategy.
Map processes with SIPOC and value stream maps, apply basic and descriptive statistics, run measurement system analysis and gage R and R, and assess process capability so decisions rest on trustworthy data.
Investigate variation using multi-vari analysis, inferential statistics and the central limit theorem, then confirm root causes with hypothesis testing for both normal and non-normal data, including t-tests, ANOVA and chi-squared.
Use simple and multiple linear regression to model relationships, then design and interpret to test changes and identify the settings that deliver real, measurable improvement.
Sustain results with statistical process control charts such as I-MR, Xbar-R, P and U charts, plus Lean controls like 5S, Kanban and Poka-Yoke, and lock improvements in with a robust control plan.
Integrate Lean thinking within DMAIC by targeting the seven wastes, applying 5S and value stream mapping, and reducing cycle time and cost of poor quality across real or simulated improvement projects.

"In terms of content, all good. But poor time management. Time expected for breaks was never compliant (ie. if teacher said he was taking 10 mins break, it ended up being 20. For 50 mins break, teacher was showing up AT least 10-15 mins late...) Also, during second day I asked one question about a test and teacher seem disappointed for me to ask and gave me a whole speech of me not retaining all information while reading (after hours of exhausted training) also letting me know people who does not focus tend to have Low IQ... Also, having to spend time just waiting for teacher to end notes that I guess it should have been ready already for the lesson (at least, if the teacher is expecting for the alum to memorize and know everything at once) "
"Alex Rajan's expertise, engaging teaching style, and the depth of knowledge he imparted made the training sessions not only informative but truly enjoyable. His skill in breaking down complex concepts into understandable components demonstrated mastery of the subject matter and a sincere commitment to enhancing our learning experience."
"Sathish ensured that I understood all the concepts. He was patient, and responded to my queries in an understandable manner. We were able to cover the whole course in time."
"The course is very well organized into four days and content is presented in a way that is easy to digest. Thanks."
