Process change orders and variation orders, assess cost and schedule impact, and manage delay, disruption and differing-site-condition claims through negotiation, mediation, adjudication and arbitration.
Identify and analyse stakeholders, plan engagement, and manage owner, community and regulatory relationships across the project. Stakeholder Engagement carries 30 percent of the exam.
Build the project execution plan, baseline scope with a WBS, and govern schedule, budget, risk and quality using critical path method and earned value management under the Strategy and Scope Management domain.
Establish governance frameworks, reporting and document control, run audits, and ensure regulatory and ethical compliance across construction delivery. Project Governance completes the four ECO domains.
