    Pricing

How much does COBIT 5 Implementation training cost in Libya?

Training is typically purchased as a package that includes courseware, mock exams and support, with the PeopleCert exam voucher often bundled in. Pricing varies by format and cohort, so it is available on request. Request a quote and a learning advisor will confirm the current fee.

What is included in the course fee?

    Exam

What is the format of the COBIT 5 Implementation exam?

The exam is an open-book, objective test based on the COBIT 5 Implementation Exam Syllabus (2022 version). Only the COBIT 5 Implementation book and the COBIT 5 Enabling Processes Guide are permitted, and questions require scenario-based analysis and judgment.

How many questions are on the exam and how long is it?

The exam has 4 questions, each worth 20 marks, for a total of 80 marks. You have 2.5 hours (150 minutes) to complete it. All four questions are scored, with no unscored pretest questions.

What is the passing score for the exam?

The pass mark is 50 percent, so you need 40 marks or more out of the 80 available. Because the exam is scenario-based, focus on applying the lifecycle and navigating your permitted books efficiently, not just recall.

Which books are permitted in the exam?

Only the COBIT 5 Implementation book and the COBIT 5 Enabling Processes Guide are permitted. No other materials are allowed. Our training includes technique for navigating both efficiently under timed exam conditions.

How is the exam delivered and what if I do not pass first time?

PeopleCert delivers the exam through OnVUE online proctoring, available 24/7, or at authorised test centres. Our first-attempt guidance and mock exams are built to help you pass, and re-sit policies can be confirmed with PeopleCert. Ask an advisor about retake support.

    Course Content

What topics does the COBIT 5 Implementation training cover?

The training covers four topic areas: the need for a governance framework and the seven-phase implementation lifecycle, change enablement, programme management, and continuous improvement, all at application level and aligned to the 2022 syllabus.

What are the seven phases of the COBIT 5 implementation lifecycle?

The phases are: what are the drivers, where are we now, where do we want to be, what needs to be done, how do we get there, did we get there, and how do we keep the momentum going. The lifecycle is a continuous improvement cycle, not a one-time project.

What is the COBIT 5 change enablement cycle?

It is the five-component cycle that runs alongside the implementation lifecycle: awareness and communication, desire and willingness, knowledge, ability, and reinforcement. It recognises that governance improvement is as much a people and culture challenge as a technical one.

Which edition and syllabus is the course based on?

The course is built on the COBIT 5 framework, first published in 2012, and aligned to the COBIT 5 Implementation Exam Syllabus (2022 version). It covers the seven-phase lifecycle, change enablement, programme management and continuous improvement at application level.

Do I need COBIT 5 Foundation before this course?

Yes. COBIT 5 Foundation is the mandatory prerequisite, and its concepts are assumed rather than re-taught. If you do not yet hold Foundation, an advisor can help you plan both steps in the right order.

    Enrollment

How do I enrol in COBIT 5 Implementation training in Libya?

You can enrol through the Invensis Learning website. Choose your preferred format, confirm your COBIT 5 Foundation status, and you will receive access to schedules, courseware and learning resources. See upcoming batches to pick a start date.

    What training formats are available?

We offer live virtual instructor-led training, onsite classroom sessions and customised corporate group training. The programme runs as a 16-hour course, delivered as two full days or four half-days, so you can choose the format that fits your schedule.

Can a beginner take this course?

COBIT 5 Implementation is an intermediate course, so you should already hold COBIT 5 Foundation. It is designed for practitioners who lead or support governance improvement, and our trainers and case studies help you apply the method to real scenarios.

Can I reschedule or transfer my batch?

Yes. Flexible options let you reschedule or move to another batch on selected plans. Contact our support team to arrange a change that works for you.

What is the refund or cancellation policy?

Refunds and cancellations are handled per our published policy, and selected plans include added flexibility. Reach out to our team for the details that apply to your enrolment before you book.
