Frequently Asked QuestionsHere's everything you may ask...

PRINCE2 Foundation and Practitioner is a two-level project management credential covering the world's most widely used structured method, governed by AXELOS and examined by PeopleCert. This combined course is built on the current PRINCE2 7th Edition (2023) and prepares you for both exams in one journey.

    General

What is the PRINCE2 Foundation & Practitioner certification?

PRINCE2 Foundation and Practitioner is a two-level project management credential covering the world's most widely used structured method, governed by AXELOS and examined by PeopleCert. This combined course is built on the current PRINCE2 7th Edition (2023) and prepares you for both exams in one journey.

Is PRINCE2 certification worth it in Wroclaw?

Yes. PRINCE2 is valued by Wroclaw's banks, IT services hubs, engineering centres and public bodies, and Practitioner certification is reported to lift pay by 10 to 20 per cent in the public sector. It also opens UK and EU nearshore work where PRINCE2 is expected.

Who should take the combined PRINCE2 course?

The course suits project coordinators, project and delivery managers, team members in PRINCE2 environments, and PMP or CAPM holders working in EU and UK-facing markets. Foundation needs no prior experience, while Practitioner is aimed at those who will manage or tailor projects.

Which PRINCE2 edition does this course cover?

The training covers PRINCE2 7, the 7th edition published in 2023. Version 7 introduces the People capability as a core element, renames Themes to Practices, and integrates agile and sustainability, so you learn the method as employers apply it today.

How long are the PRINCE2 certifications valid?

Both PRINCE2 Foundation and Practitioner are valid for three years. Foundation is renewed by earning 60 CPD points per cycle, and Practitioner can be renewed by re-sitting the exam, completing CPD, or passing a higher-level PRINCE2 qualification. Confirm current renewal options with PeopleCert.

    Pricing

How much does PRINCE2 training cost in Wroclaw?

Combined PRINCE2 training with both exams in Poland typically ranges from around zl 3,000 to zl 4,500, varying by provider, format and inclusions. Speak with a learning advisor for a tailored quote and upcoming batch options.

What is included in the course fee?

The fee typically includes accredited, PRINCE2 7 aligned courseware, structured preparation for both exams, practice questions and mock tests, manual-navigation drills for the Practitioner exam, learner support and a course completion certificate. Ask us for a full breakdown.

Are the exam fees included in the price?

Accredited packages usually bundle both PeopleCert exam vouchers with the training, though this varies by plan. Confirm whether the Foundation and Practitioner exams are included when you request a quote, and we will set out exactly what your enrolment covers.

Do you offer group or corporate discounts?

Yes. We offer corporate group training with customised schedules and volume-based pricing for PMOs, delivery groups and departments across Wroclaw and Poland. Contact us for a tailored group quote.

    What payment options are available?

We accept major credit and debit cards and bank transfers, with instalment options on selected plans. Talk to a learning advisor to choose the option that suits you best.

    Exam

What is the format of the PRINCE2 exams?

There are two exams. Foundation is 60 multiple-choice questions in 60 minutes, closed book. Practitioner is 56 questions and sub-questions worth 70 marks in 150 minutes, open book with the PRINCE2 manual permitted. Both can be taken online proctored or at a test centre.

What is the passing score for each exam?

Both exams require 60 per cent. For Foundation that is 36 out of 60 questions correct, and for Practitioner it is 42 out of 70 marks. The training focuses on broad mastery of the principles, practices and processes so you are ready for both levels.

Do I need Foundation before taking Practitioner?

Yes. PRINCE2 Practitioner requires PRINCE2 Foundation or an accepted equivalent such as PMP, CAPM or IPMA Level A to D. Foundation itself has no prerequisites, which is why the combined course sequences Foundation first, then Practitioner.

Where can I take the PRINCE2 exams?

You can sit both exams online through PeopleCert's proctored OnVUE system, available 24/7, or at an authorised test centre. We help you book the Foundation and Practitioner exams as part of your training package.

What if I do not pass an exam the first time?

You can re-sit either exam, and our preparation, mock tests and trainer guidance are designed to build first-attempt readiness. Selected plans include flexi or retake support. Confirm the current re-sit policy and fees with PeopleCert before booking.

    Course Content

What will I learn in the PRINCE2 course?

You will learn the seven PRINCE2 principles, the People capability, the seven practices such as Business Case, Risk and Quality, and all seven processes from Starting Up to Closing a Project, plus how to tailor the method to real project scenarios.

Do I need prior experience to start?

No. PRINCE2 Foundation is open to everyone and needs no formal experience, so beginners are welcome. The combined course builds from Foundation knowledge into the applied Practitioner level, with trainer support throughout.

    What learning resources are provided?

You receive accredited, PRINCE2 7 aligned courseware, references to the Managing Successful Projects manual, practice questions, mock exams, quizzes and manual-navigation exercises for the open-book Practitioner exam.

Are there practice tests and mock exams included?

Yes. The programme includes topic-wise quizzes, full-length mock exams and scenario practice for both levels, helping you identify weak areas and build timing and technique before the real exams.

Is the courseware aligned to the latest syllabus?

Yes. All content is aligned to PRINCE2 7, the current 7th edition syllabus and the Managing Successful Projects manual, so you study the up-to-date method including the People capability and the renamed Practices.

    Enrollment

How do I enrol in the PRINCE2 course in Wroclaw?

You can enrol through the Invensis Learning website. Choose your preferred format, complete payment, and you will receive access to schedules, courseware and learning resources. Our team can guide you through exam booking for both levels.

    What training formats are available?

We offer online (live virtual) instructor-led training, classroom training, self-paced e-learning, and customised corporate group training, so you can choose the format that fits your schedule and learning style.

    How soon can I start?

New batches run regularly across live online and classroom formats, and self-paced learning lets you begin right away. See upcoming schedules or talk to a learning advisor to find the next start date that suits you.

Can I reschedule or transfer my batch?

Yes. Flexi options let you reschedule or transfer to another batch, and selected plans include a flexi pass to attend the training twice. Contact support to arrange this.

What is the refund or cancellation policy?

Refunds and cancellations are handled under our published policy, and selected plans include a money-back guarantee. Reach out to our team for the details that apply to your enrolment.
