    You need 60% to pass, which is 42 out of 70 marks. Because the exam is scenario-based and open book, both deep method knowledge and efficient manual navigation matter, so focus on applying PRINCE2 rather than memorising it.

    What does open book mean for this exam?

    Open book means the PRINCE2 7th Edition Managing Successful Projects manual is permitted during the exam. However, questions require scenario analysis and judgement, so you cannot simply look up answers. The training builds the manual-navigation skills you need.

    What are the prerequisites for the Practitioner exam?

    You need PRINCE2 Foundation, or an accepted equivalent such as PMP, CAPM or an IPMA Level A to D qualification. Verify current accepted equivalents with PeopleCert before you book the Practitioner exam.
