Why Earning Both Change Management Credentials Pays OffSkills Employers Across Tunisia Value

    For Individuals

    For Individuals

Change management training helps you turn hands-on delivery experience into a recognised professional credential. The Foundation level builds your knowledge of how individuals and organisations experience change; the Practitioner level develops your ability to apply that knowledge to realistic scenarios. Whether you support digital transformation in a Tunisian bank, lead restructuring in an offshoring firm, or drive service redesign in the public sector, this pathway aligns your skills with what senior employers now expect.

If you want to be the professional who makes change stick, not just deliver the project behind it, the Practitioner credential is a clear next step. You gain change planning, stakeholder engagement and resistance-management capability, plus a supported route through both examinations.

    • Certify at two levels through one structured Foundation-to-Practitioner pathway
    • Prove you can lead adoption and reduce resistance on real change programmes
    • Master respected models: ADKAR, Kotter, Lewin, Bridges and McKinsey 7-S
    • Stand out for change, transformation and organisational development roles in Tunisia
    • Earn a globally recognised credential that travels across sectors and borders
    • Build the vocabulary and tools to partner credibly with senior sponsors
    • Move from project delivery into strategic transformation leadership
    • Prepare for both exams with mock questions and guided open-book technique
    For Organizations

    For Organizations

Change management group training helps organisations in Tunisia deliver transformation that actually lands with employees. It equips HR, project and PMO teams with a common set of models, tools and language for managing the people side of change. For banks, telecoms, government bodies and technology firms running concurrent digital and restructuring initiatives, this training provides a scalable, practical way to build internal change capability.

If your organisation struggles to move from approved strategy to adopted change on the ground, team training creates a consistent approach to stakeholder engagement, communication and embedding. Senior teams gain a shared method for making change durable.

    • Builds a shared change management language across HR, PMO and delivery teams
    • Improves adoption and benefit realisation on transformation programmes
    • Reduces resistance, rework and stalled initiatives during major change
    • Standardises change practice across business units and departments
    • Aligns people-side change with project and programme governance
    • Supports leadership development and internal change capability
    • Enables customised delivery aligned with your transformation goals
    • Strengthens in-house talent so you rely less on external consultants

What Is Driving Change Management Demand in Tunisia?

    Public Sector Reform at Scale

Tunisia is delivering 192 digital transformation projects across the administration. Reforms of this scale succeed only when employees and citizens adopt new ways of working, the exact gap change management closes.

Change Management builds adoption and stakeholder skills

    Bank and Fintech Transformation

Tunisian banks and fintechs are rolling out digital services, e-invoicing and new operating models. Regulatory and technology change meets employee resistance, so certified change professionals are increasingly sought after.

    Change Management builds resistance-management skills

Offshoring Moving up the Value Chain

Under Smart Tunisia, offshoring firms are shifting from call centres toward AI, cloud and consulting work. That structural change demands leaders who can guide teams through new roles and skills.

Change Management builds organisational change skills

    Scarce Certified Change Talent

Tunisia has a deep pool of project managers but few credentialed change professionals. The Foundation and Practitioner pathway makes holders visible and valuable to transformation-focused employers.

Change Management makes certified practitioners stand out

Frequently Asked QuestionsHere's everything you may ask...

Change Management Foundation and Practitioner (CM-F&P) is a two-level qualification covering the models, tools and practices for managing the people side of organisational change. Foundation validates your knowledge; Practitioner validates your ability to apply it to real scenarios. It draws on the Change Management Body of Knowledge (CMBoK).

Yes. As Tunisia advances public sector digitalisation and private-sector transformation, employers in banking, telecoms, consulting and government increasingly value certified change professionals. Change manager roles average around TND 72,000 a year, with transformation leads reaching higher, so the credential supports strong career and earning growth.

It suits HR business partners, project and programme managers, organisational development practitioners, consultants and leaders who sponsor or deliver change. Foundation has no prerequisites, so it is open to professionals at any stage who want a recognised change management credential.

The qualification aligns to the Change Management Foundation and Practitioner syllabi and the Change Management Body of Knowledge maintained by the Change Management Institute. It is recognised internationally across the UK, Europe, the Middle East and Africa, including Tunisia.

No. There are no formal prerequisites for the Foundation level, so beginners are welcome. The Practitioner level requires the Foundation certificate first, and both are covered end to end in the combined programme.

    General

What is the Change Management Foundation and Practitioner certification?

Change Management Foundation and Practitioner (CM-F&P) is a two-level qualification covering the models, tools and practices for managing the people side of organisational change. Foundation validates your knowledge; Practitioner validates your ability to apply it to real scenarios. It draws on the Change Management Body of Knowledge (CMBoK).

Is this change management certification worth it in Tunisia?

Yes. As Tunisia advances public sector digitalisation and private-sector transformation, employers in banking, telecoms, consulting and government increasingly value certified change professionals. Change manager roles average around TND 72,000 a year, with transformation leads reaching higher, so the credential supports strong career and earning growth.

    Who should take this course?

It suits HR business partners, project and programme managers, organisational development practitioners, consultants and leaders who sponsor or deliver change. Foundation has no prerequisites, so it is open to professionals at any stage who want a recognised change management credential.

Which governing body sits behind the certification?

The qualification aligns to the Change Management Foundation and Practitioner syllabi and the Change Management Body of Knowledge maintained by the Change Management Institute. It is recognised internationally across the UK, Europe, the Middle East and Africa, including Tunisia.

Do I need change management experience to start?

No. There are no formal prerequisites for the Foundation level, so beginners are welcome. The Practitioner level requires the Foundation certificate first, and both are covered end to end in the combined programme.

    Pricing

What is included in the course fee?

The fee typically covers instructor-led training across all five syllabus areas, syllabus-aligned courseware, mock questions, open-book exam technique and learner support. Exam voucher inclusion varies, so confirm current details with our team. Request a quote to see what your enrolment includes.

How much does change management training cost in Tunisia?

Pricing varies by delivery format and whether exams are bundled, so training in Tunisia is quoted on request. Speak with a learning advisor for current pricing and any group or corporate rates.

Are the exam fees part of the training price?

Exam fees and voucher inclusion depend on the package and can vary by region and channel. Confirm whether both the Foundation and Practitioner exams are included when you request a quote.

Do you offer corporate or group discounts?

Yes. We offer corporate group training with customised schedules and volume-based pricing for PMO, HR and transformation teams. Contact us for a tailored quote for your organisation in Tunisia.

    What payment options are available?

We accept major cards and bank transfers, and offer instalment options on selected plans. Talk to a learning advisor to choose the option that suits you.

    Exam

How many exams are in the combined programme?

Two separate exams. The Foundation exam has 50 questions, lasts 40 minutes, is closed book with single-answer multiple choice, and needs 50% to pass (25 of 50). The Practitioner exam has 5 scenario sections worth 16 marks each (80 total), lasts 2.5 hours, is open book, and needs 50% to pass (40 of 80).

What does open book mean for the Practitioner exam?

The Change Management Practitioner Guide is permitted during the Practitioner exam. However, the scenario sections require analysis and judgement, so you cannot simply look up answers. Efficient navigation of the guide and solid method knowledge are both essential.

What is the passing score for each exam?

Both exams require 50% to pass. Foundation needs 25 correct out of 50 questions; Practitioner needs 40 marks out of 80 across its five scenario sections.

Which standard and syllabus is the exam based on?

The exams are based on the current Change Management Foundation and Practitioner syllabi, with the Practitioner exam referencing the Change Management Practitioner Guide (current edition) and the Change Management Body of Knowledge (CMBoK).

How and where can I sit the exams?

Both exams are delivered via online proctoring or at an authorised test centre, and are usually taken at the end of each training stage. Foundation is typically sat first, followed by the Practitioner exam. Ask our team about scheduling from Tunisia.

    Course Content

What topics does the course cover?

The programme covers all five syllabus areas: Change and the Individual, Change and the Organisation, Communication and Stakeholder Engagement, Change Practice, and Personal and Professional Management. Foundation builds knowledge; Practitioner develops applied, scenario-based skill.

Which change models will I learn?

You will study leading models including ADKAR, Bridges' Transition Model, Lewin's three-step model, Kotter's 8-Step Model, McKinsey 7-S, Schein's culture model, Goleman's emotional intelligence and Cialdini's principles of influence.

Can a beginner follow the content?

Yes. Foundation starts from core concepts with no prior experience assumed, then Practitioner builds applied skill through realistic scenarios. Trainer support and practice questions help beginners progress with confidence.

    How long is the training?

The combined Foundation and Practitioner programme is 40 hours of instruction, delivered flexibly by daily schedule. Foundation content is typically covered first, followed by the Practitioner content and scenario practice.

    Are practice materials provided?

Yes. The programme includes mock questions for both levels, industry case studies and guidance on open-book technique for the Practitioner scenarios, helping you identify weak areas and build exam readiness.

How do I enrol in the course?

You can enrol through the Invensis Learning website. Choose your preferred format, complete payment, and you will receive access to schedules, courseware and learning resources. Talk to a learning advisor if you need help choosing.
