What Is the Change Management Certification?Foundation and Practitioner Pathway Explained

The Change Management Foundation and Practitioner (CM-F&P) is a globally recognised, two-level qualification that proves you can lead the people and culture side of organisational change. This Change Management Foundation and Practitioner Certification Training in Perth covers both levels in one structured programme, so you finish ready to guide real change, not just sit an exam. Foundation builds your knowledge of established change models such as ADKAR, Kotter's 8-Step, Lewin's Three-Step and Bridges' Transition Model, all drawn from the Change Management Body of Knowledge (CMBoK) maintained by the Change Management Institute and the current Change Management Practitioner Guide. The Practitioner level then develops your ability to apply those approaches to realistic organisational scenarios. For Perth professionals in mining, energy, government and consulting, where automation, decarbonisation and system rollouts are reshaping how teams work, certified change capability is in strong demand. Whether you are a project manager, HR partner or aspiring change lead, this is a clear route to a respected credential. Start your change management journey with Invensis Learning.
