    Course Content

Can a beginner take VeriSM Foundation?

Yes. No prior service management knowledge is required. VeriSM Foundation is designed to be accessible to both IT and business professionals, and the training builds concepts from the ground up with practical examples.

What will I learn in the VeriSM Foundation course?

You will learn the VeriSM model, the management mesh, service culture, VeriSM patterns, and how to combine practices such as ITIL, Agile, DevOps and Lean. You also cover innovative technologies and how to get started with VeriSM in an organisation.

What is the VeriSM management mesh?

The management mesh is the central concept of VeriSM. It integrates four elements: resources, environment, emerging practices and management practices. Organisations combine these to create a flexible service management approach suited to their context and VeriSM pattern.

    What learning materials are provided?

You receive EXIN-aligned courseware, structured module content, practice questions, mock assessments and revision aids. Materials map to the seven EXIN examination topic areas to support your exam readiness.
