    The programme covers investigation and elicitation, requirements engineering, business process modelling, stakeholder analysis, strategy analysis and business case development, then applies these techniques to realistic project scenarios for the Practitioner level.

    Can a beginner take this course?

    Yes. The Foundation level assumes no prior business analysis knowledge and builds concepts from the ground up. The Practitioner level then develops applied skill, so beginners and practising analysts both benefit.
