What Is the Change Management Foundation and Practitioner Certification?UntitledThe People Side of Successful Change
The Change Management Foundation and Practitioner Certification Course is a combined, exam-focused programme that teaches you how to lead the people and culture side of organisational change. Delivered as Change Management certification training in Denmark, it moves you from foundational knowledge to applied practitioner competence in one structured 40-hour pathway. The curriculum is grounded in the Change Management Body of Knowledge (CMBoK) maintained by the Change Management Institute, and follows the current Change Management Foundation and Practitioner exam syllabi. You work through five topic areas: Change and the Individual, Change and the Organisation, Communication and Stakeholder Engagement, Change Practice, and Personal and Professional Management, drawing on established models such as ADKAR, Kotter's 8-Step Model, Lewin's Three-Step Model and Bridges' Transition Model. The Foundation level builds knowledge and comprehension, while the Practitioner level develops your ability to apply change approaches to real scenarios. With Danish employers running large digital, life-sciences and green-energy transformations, credentialed change professionals are increasingly sought after.
