What Is the VeriSM Foundation Certification?UntitledModern Service Management for the Digital Age

The VeriSM Foundation (VeriSM-F) certification is an entry-level credential from EXIN that validates your understanding of VeriSM, a service management approach for the digital age. VeriSM Foundation certification training in Ecuador equips IT and business professionals to define a flexible, context-driven service management approach using the VeriSM model and its management mesh, rather than following one prescriptive framework. Developed by the IFDC and examined by EXIN, VeriSM shows how organisations combine practices such as ITIL, Agile, DevOps, Lean and SIAM to meet their goals. The syllabus follows the current EXIN VeriSM Foundation Examination Specification and its seven topic areas, from service culture to the management mesh and innovative technologies. As Ecuador's banks, telecoms and public institutions accelerate digital transformation, professionals who can modernise service delivery are in demand.
