    How to Get CSM Certified in GuatemalaStep-by-Step Certification Process

    The path to online CSM certification in Guatemala is straightforward. Complete the 2-day Certified Scrum Trainer® (CST®)-led course, take the Scrum Alliance assessment online, and activate your credential through your Scrum Alliance account. Most learners complete the process within a few days of finishing the course.

    Step 1: Enrol in the 2-Day CSM Course

    Choose your preferred Invensis Learning CSM cohort (2-Day Live Online Bootcamp or Corporate Group Training). All cohorts are led by a Scrum Alliance Certified Scrum Trainer® (CST) using official courseware and the latest Scrum Guide.

    Step 2: Attend and Participate in the Full Course

    Attend both days and take part in the workshops, exercises, and discussions. Active participation in the full 16-hour course is required by Scrum Alliance to become eligible for the CSM test.

    Step 3: Receive Your Scrum Alliance Test Invitation

    After the course, your CST submits your participation to Scrum Alliance, which emails you an invitation to take the online CSM test through your Scrum Alliance account.

    Step 4: Take the CSM Test

    Complete the CSM test online: 50 multiple-choice questions in 60 minutes, with a 74% pass mark (37 of 50). You receive two free attempts within 90 days of completing the course.

    Step 5: Accept the License Agreement and Earn CSM

    On passing, accept the Scrum Alliance License Agreement in your account to activate your Certified ScrumMaster® credential, digital badge, and 2-year Scrum Alliance membership.

    Step 6: Maintain Your Credential

    CSM is valid for 2 years. Renew by earning 20 Scrum Education Units (SEUs) and paying the Scrum Alliance renewal fee before your credential expires.

    The CSM exam has 50 multiple-choice questions and a 60-minute time limit. It is open book, so you can refer to materials during the online exam.
