There is no formal assessment. Instead, you apply each concept directly through guided labs, building pipelines, writing infrastructure as code, deploying containers and setting up monitoring, so you practise the skills as you learn them.

What will I learn in the AWS DevOps course?

You will learn to build CI/CD pipelines, automate infrastructure as code, deploy containerised applications, monitor workloads and integrate security on AWS. The course covers the full DevOps lifecycle across delivery, infrastructure, containers, observability and DevSecOps.

Which AWS services are covered?

The course covers CodeCommit, CodeBuild, CodeDeploy and CodePipeline for CI/CD, CloudFormation and the AWS CDK for infrastructure as code, Amazon ECR, ECS and EKS for containers, CloudWatch for monitoring, and IAM for security within the pipeline.

Are there hands-on labs in the training?

Yes. Hands-on AWS exercises run throughout, using the AWS Console and CLI. You build a pipeline with CodeBuild and CodeDeploy, write a CloudFormation template, deploy a container to Amazon ECS, and set up CloudWatch alarms and dashboards.

Can a beginner take this course?

Yes. There are no formal prerequisites. Some familiarity with AWS and basic command-line skills helps, but the course introduces every DevOps tool from first principles, so beginners with a genuine interest can keep pace.

How long is the AWS DevOps training?
