How long is the training and how many hours is it?

The course runs for one day, totalling eight hours. It can also be delivered as two half-days of four hours each where that suits a team's schedule.

Will the skills expire or need refreshing?

No. Lean knowledge is stable and does not expire. Many learners choose to build on it later with Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen or Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt training.

You will be able to explain the five Lean principles, identify and classify the eight wastes, run a basic waste walk in your own area, describe 5S, understand pull and Kanban, and apply the PDCA cycle to a small improvement.
