What Is Driving Observability Demand Across Croatia

    Monitoring-To-Observability Gap

Many Croatian teams still rely on traditional monitoring that flags known failures but cannot explain novel ones. Observability skills across metrics, logs and traces close that gap.

    OBSF builds three-pillar observability skills

    Cloud-Native Complexity

As Zagreb and Split employers move to microservices and Kubernetes, request paths sprawl across dozens of services, making distributed tracing and OpenTelemetry essential.

    OBSF builds distributed tracing skills

    Reliability at Tourism Peak Loads

Croatia's tourism-driven platforms face huge seasonal traffic spikes where downtime costs revenue directly, demanding SLOs, error budgets and burn-rate alerting.

OBSF builds SLO and error-budget skills

    Alert Fatigue and Slow Incidents

Noisy, symptom-blind alerting burns out on-call engineers and slows resolution. Observability practice replaces alert spam with actionable, burn-rate signals.

OBSF builds alerting and incident skills

    DevOps and SRE Talent Shortage

Croatia's ICT workforce grew 42% since 2020, but skilled DevOps and SRE talent stays scarce, so a recognised observability credential helps you stand out.

OBSF makes certified engineers stand out

    Rising Telemetry Costs

High-cardinality telemetry can balloon observability bills. Employers need engineers who understand sampling, pipelines and cost-aware instrumentation.
