Frequently Asked QuestionsHere's everything you may ask...

The Change Management Foundation and Practitioner certification is a two-level qualification covering the people and culture side of organisational change. Foundation validates your knowledge of change models; Practitioner proves you can apply them to real scenarios. Both are recognised internationally.

    General

What is the Change Management Foundation and Practitioner certification?

The Change Management Foundation and Practitioner certification is a two-level qualification covering the people and culture side of organisational change. Foundation validates your knowledge of change models; Practitioner proves you can apply them to real scenarios. Both are recognised internationally.

Is change management certification worth it in Libya?

Yes. As Libya's oil, banking, telecom and public-sector organisations undergo transformation and reconstruction, employers increasingly value professionals who can lead change and secure adoption. The credential opens roles such as change manager, OD consultant and transformation lead. Talk to a learning advisor to plan your route.

    Who should take this certification?

It suits HR business partners, project and programme managers, OD practitioners, consultants and leaders who guide organisational change. There are no formal prerequisites for Foundation, so it is open to professionals at any career stage.

Is the Change Management qualification recognised internationally?

Yes. The Change Management qualification is recognised in over 150 countries and is well respected wherever organisational change is a recognised discipline, including across Libya, Europe, the UK and Australia.

What change models does the course cover?

The syllabus covers ADKAR, Bridges' Transition Model, Lewin's Three-Step Model, Kotter's 8-Step Model, the McKinsey 7-S Framework, Schein's culture model, Goleman's emotional intelligence and Cialdini's principles of influence, all aligned to the CMBoK.

    Pricing

How much does Change Management training cost in Libya?

Training fees vary by format and schedule, so pricing is available on request. Your fee covers instructor-led training, aligned courseware, mock exams and learner support. The Foundation and Practitioner exam fees are billed separately. Request a quote for current pricing.

What is included in the course fee?

The fee typically includes instructor-led Foundation and Practitioner training, aligned courseware, case studies, mock exams and practice questions, first-attempt guidance and learner support. Exam vouchers may be included; confirm current inclusions when you enrol.

Are the exam fees included in the training price?

Exam fees can vary by region and channel and are often billed separately from the training. Confirm whether Foundation and Practitioner exam vouchers are included in your package when you request a quote.

Do you offer corporate or group pricing?

Yes. We offer corporate group training with customised schedules and volume-based pricing for HR teams, PMOs and leadership groups across Libya. Contact us for a tailored group quote.

    What payment options are available?

We accept major cards and bank transfers, and offer instalment options on selected plans. Speak with a learning advisor to choose the option that suits you.

    Exam

How many exams are in the combined programme?

Two. The Foundation exam has 50 multiple-choice questions in 40 minutes (closed book), with a 50% pass mark (25 out of 50). The Practitioner exam has 5 scenario-based sections worth 16 marks each (80 total) in 2.5 hours (open book), with a 50% pass mark (40 out of 80).

What is the passing score for each exam?

Both exams require 50% to pass. Foundation needs 25 out of 50 correct; Practitioner needs 40 out of 80 marks across its five scenario-based sections.

What does open book mean for the Practitioner exam?

The Change Management Practitioner Guide is permitted during the Practitioner exam. However, the five scenario-based sections require analysis and judgement, so you cannot simply look up answers. Efficient guide navigation and deep method knowledge are both essential.

What are the prerequisites for each level?

Foundation has no formal prerequisites and is open to all. Practitioner requires the Change Management Foundation certification, or an accepted equivalent, before you sit it.

How and where is the exam delivered?

Both exams are delivered via online proctoring or at an authorised test centre, and are typically taken at the end of each stage of the training.

What if I do not pass the first time?

Our training focuses on first-attempt success with mock exams and exam technique. If you need to resit, re-examination is available; confirm the current re-sit policy and fees with our team.

    Course Content

Can a beginner take this course?

Yes. Foundation has no prerequisites, so beginners and those new to change management can start here. The programme builds from core concepts at Foundation to applied, scenario-based skills at Practitioner.

What topics are covered in the training?

The training covers the five change management topic areas: Change and the Individual, Change and the Organisation, Communication and Stakeholder Engagement, Change Practice, and Personal and Professional Management, at both Foundation and Practitioner levels.
