What topics does the Design for Six Sigma course cover?

The course covers DFSS foundations and the DMADV roadmap, the Define phase (VOC and Kano), the Measure phase (CTQ flow-down and QFD), the Analyse phase (concept generation, Pugh matrix and Design FMEA), the Design phase (robust design and DFMA) and the Verify phase (verification, validation and design transfer).

Which DFSS tools will I learn to use?

You practise Voice of the Customer capture, Kano analysis, CTQ flow-down, Quality Function Deployment (the House of Quality), the Pugh concept selection matrix, Design FMEA with Risk Priority Numbers, P-diagram and robust design thinking, and the design scorecard for verification.
