Why Change Management Skills Are in Demand in Poland

    Transformation Adoption Gap

Poland's business service centres launch constant process and system change, but many programmes stall when people do not adopt new ways of working, the exact gap change management is built to close.

Change Management builds adoption and engagement skills

    Change Leadership Skills Shortage

Poland is deep in project managers but thin in credentialed change and transformation leaders. Employers increasingly list change management skills as preferred, making certified professionals rare and valued.

Certification makes change professionals stand out

    Digital and ERP Migration Pressure

Cloud, ERP and automation rollouts across banking, retail and manufacturing reshape daily work. Without structured change practice, these investments face resistance, delays and lost value.

Change Management builds impact and readiness skills

    Centre-Of-Excellence Restructuring

As GBS hubs move from cost centres to Centres of Excellence, roles, teams and reporting lines shift. Managing that people-side transition needs trained change leaders, not just project plans.

Change Management builds stakeholder and communication skills

    Resistance and Employee Wellbeing

Frequent restructuring can drain morale and trust. Certified change managers apply models like ADKAR and Bridges to reduce resistance and protect wellbeing while change lands.

Change Management builds resistance management skills

    EU-Funded Modernisation Complexity

Public sector and infrastructure programmes backed by EU recovery funds demand coordinated, large-scale change across many stakeholders, a task suited to structured change management practice.

Change Management builds planning and governance skills

Change management is more than a credential. It is the skill that makes transformation stick. Join professionals in Poland who lead adoption, engage stakeholders and turn change into results. Start your journey today.

    General

What is the Change Management Foundation and Practitioner certification?

It is a globally recognised, two-level qualification for managing the people side of organisational change. Foundation validates your knowledge of change concepts and models; Practitioner validates your ability to apply them in real scenarios. It aligns to the CMBoK and current Change Management Practitioner Guide.

Is the Change Management certification worth it in Poland?

Yes. Change managers in Poland earn around 202,975 zl on average, rising to about 252,197 zl for senior professionals, and demand is strong across business services, banking, IT and consulting. The credential is a recognised marker of change leadership that employers increasingly list as preferred. Talk to a learning advisor to plan your path.

Who should take this Change Management certification?

It suits change managers, project and programme managers, HR business partners, organisational development practitioners, consultants and senior leaders who sponsor change. Anyone responsible for helping people adopt new ways of working will benefit from the models and practices covered.

Is the Change Management certification recognised in Poland?

Yes. It is an internationally respected credential recognised across Europe and in more than 150 countries, and it is well regarded by Poland's business services, banking, technology and consulting employers that run large transformation programmes.

Do I need prior experience to take this certification?

No. The Foundation level has no formal prerequisites and is open to all. To sit the Practitioner exam you must hold the Change Management Foundation certification, which the combined programme prepares you for first.

    Pricing

What is included in the Change Management training fee?

The fee typically covers instructor-led training across all five syllabus areas, syllabus-aligned courseware, case studies, mock exams and practice questions, exam preparation for both levels, and dedicated learner support. Exam vouchers are usually part of the package; confirm inclusions when you request a quote.

How much does Change Management certification training cost in Poland?

Pricing varies by delivery format and whether you enrol individually or as a team, so exact fees are available on request in local currency. Request a quote and a learning advisor will share current pricing and any offers for your chosen batch.

Are the exam fees included in the course price?

Foundation and Practitioner exam vouchers are usually included in Invensis Learning training packages, but this can vary by plan and region. Confirm current inclusions with a learning advisor before you enrol.

Do you offer corporate or group discounts?

Yes. We offer corporate group training with customised schedules and volume-based pricing for PMOs, HR functions, transformation offices and leadership teams. Contact us for a tailored group quote.

    What payment options are available?

We accept major credit and debit cards and bank transfers, with instalment options on selected plans. Speak with a learning advisor to choose the option that suits you.

    Exam

What if I do not pass an exam on the first attempt?

Our training is designed to prepare you to pass both exams on your first attempt, with mock exams and guided technique. If a resit is needed, we support your preparation and can advise on the resit process. Ask about retake options when you enrol.

What is the format of the Change Management Foundation exam?

The Foundation exam has 50 multiple-choice questions to be answered in 40 minutes. It is closed book with single-answer questions, and the pass mark is 50%, meaning 25 out of 50 correct. It has no formal prerequisites.

What is the format of the Change Management Practitioner exam?

The Practitioner exam has five scenario-based sections, each worth 16 marks, for a total of 80 marks. You have 2.5 hours (150 minutes), it is open book with the Change Management Practitioner Guide permitted, and the pass mark is 50%, meaning 40 out of 80 marks.

What are the passing scores for both exams?

Both exams require 50% to pass. For Foundation that is 25 out of 50 questions correct; for Practitioner that is 40 out of 80 marks across the five scenario sections. You must pass both to hold both credentials.

What does open book mean for the Practitioner exam?

You may use the Change Management Practitioner Guide during the Practitioner exam. However, the scenario-based sections require analysis and judgment, so you cannot simply look up answers. Efficient guide navigation and solid method knowledge are both essential, and the course trains you in both.

    Course Content

Can a complete beginner take this course?

Yes. The Foundation level assumes no prior change management knowledge and is open to all, so beginners are welcome. The programme builds from core concepts to applied practice, with trainer guidance and practice materials to support you throughout.

What topics does the Change Management course cover?

The course covers all five syllabus areas: Change and the Individual, Change and the Organisation, Communication and Stakeholder Engagement, Change Practice, and Personal and Professional Management. Foundation builds knowledge, and Practitioner applies it to realistic change scenarios.

Which change management models will I learn?

You will learn established individual and organisational change models, including ADKAR, Bridges' Transition Model, Lewin's Three-Step Model, Kotter's 8-Step Model, the McKinsey 7-S Framework, Schein's culture model, Goleman's emotional intelligence and Cialdini's principles of influence.

Is the courseware aligned to the current syllabus?

Yes. The courseware is aligned to the official Change Management Foundation and Practitioner exam syllabi, the Change Management Body of Knowledge (CMBoK) from the Change Management Institute, and the current Change Management Practitioner Guide.

Are mock exams and practice questions included?

Yes. The programme includes mock exams and practice questions for both levels, plus industry-driven case studies, so you can identify weak areas and build readiness for the closed-book Foundation and open-book Practitioner exams.

    Enrollment

How soon can I start and how do I enrol?

You can enrol through the Invensis Learning website or with a learning advisor, then choose an upcoming live virtual batch that fits your schedule. Once enrolled, you receive access to schedules, courseware and learning resources. See upcoming batches to get started.

    What training formats are available?

We offer online (live virtual) instructor-led training, classroom sessions where available, and customised corporate group training. This lets individuals and teams in Poland pick the format that best fits their schedule and learning style.

Do I need to complete Foundation before Practitioner?

Yes. Foundation and Practitioner are taken sequentially. The combined programme covers Foundation first, then Practitioner, so you build knowledge before applying it, and you sit each exam at the appropriate point in the course.

    Can I reschedule my batch?

Yes. Flexi options let you reschedule or transfer to another batch, and selected plans include a pass to attend the training twice. Contact support to arrange this.

What is the refund or cancellation policy?

Refunds and cancellations are handled per our published policy, and selected plans include a money-back guarantee. Reach out to our team for the details that apply to your enrolment.
