Frequently Asked QuestionsHere's everything you may ask...

The Change Management Foundation and Practitioner (CM-F&P) certification is a two-level qualification covering the knowledge, models and practices needed to manage the people side of organisational change. Foundation validates your understanding of change concepts, and Practitioner validates your ability to apply them to real scenarios.

    General

What is the Change Management Foundation and Practitioner certification?

The Change Management Foundation and Practitioner (CM-F&P) certification is a two-level qualification covering the knowledge, models and practices needed to manage the people side of organisational change. Foundation validates your understanding of change concepts, and Practitioner validates your ability to apply them to real scenarios.

Who should take Change Management certification in Lodz?

It is designed for project and programme managers, HR business partners, organisational development practitioners, transformation leads, consultants and senior leaders. In Lodz it fits professionals across business services, IT, banking and manufacturing who lead or support change.

Is Change Management certification worth it?

Yes. Change and transformation managers in Poland average roughly 137,000 zl to 174,000 zl a year, and Lodz employers increasingly prefer certified change professionals. The credential proves you can raise adoption and protect the value of transformation, which is in strong demand.

Do I need experience or prerequisites to start?

Change Management Foundation has no formal prerequisites and is open to all. The Practitioner level requires the Foundation certification first. The combined programme takes you through both levels in one structured journey.

Which standard and models does the certification follow?

The course is aligned to the Change Management Body of Knowledge (CMBoK) from the Change Management Institute and the current Change Management Practitioner Guide. It covers ADKAR, Kotter's 8-Step Model, Lewin's Three-Step Model, the McKinsey 7-S Framework and Bridges' Transition Model.

    Pricing

How much does Change Management certification training cost in Lodz?

Fees vary by format, whether live virtual, classroom or corporate group training, and are available on request. The fee includes courseware, case studies, mock exams and dual-exam preparation support. Request a quote for the current price and upcoming batches.

What is included in the course fee?

The fee typically includes courseware aligned to both exam syllabi, industry case studies, practice questions, mock exams, exam-preparation support and learner assistance. Exam voucher inclusion is confirmed at enrolment. Talk to a learning advisor for full details.

Are the exam fees included in the training price?

Combined packages often include the Foundation and Practitioner exam vouchers, but inclusion varies by plan and region. Confirm the current exam and voucher details at enrolment so there are no surprises.

Do you offer group or corporate discounts?

Yes. We offer corporate group training with customised schedules and volume-based pricing for change teams, PMOs, HR functions and business units. Contact us for a tailored quote for your team.

    What payment options are available?

We accept major credit and debit cards and bank transfers, with instalment options on selected plans. Speak with a learning advisor to choose the option that suits you.

    Exam

What is the format of the Change Management exams?

The Foundation exam has 50 multiple-choice questions in 40 minutes, closed book, with a 50% pass mark (25 out of 50). The Practitioner exam has 5 scenario-based sections worth 16 marks each (80 total) over 2.5 hours, open book, with a 50% pass mark (40 out of 80).

How many exams are there in the programme?

There are two separate exams: the Foundation exam and the Practitioner exam. You must sit and pass both to hold both credentials. Foundation is usually taken first, followed by Practitioner.

What does open book mean for the Practitioner exam?

The Change Management Practitioner Guide is permitted during the Practitioner exam. However, the scenario-based sections require analysis and judgment, so you cannot simply look up answers. Efficient guide navigation and solid method knowledge are both essential.

What is the passing score for each exam?

Both exams use a 50% pass mark. Foundation requires 25 out of 50 questions correct, and Practitioner requires 40 out of 80 marks across the five scenario sections.

Where do I sit the exams and what if I do not pass?
