    What is the passing score for the CSM exam?

    You need 74% to pass, which means answering at least 37 of the 50 questions correctly. The open-book format lets you refer to materials, but broad understanding of the Scrum framework is the best preparation.

    What if I do not pass the CSM exam first time?

    You typically have up to three attempts to pass within 90 days of completing your course, so there is room to retake if needed. Our training and practice activities are designed to help you pass with confidence.

    How and when do I take the CSM exam?

    After completing an approved CSM course, you access the exam within 90 days through your Scrum Alliance member account. It is taken online, open book, at a time that suits you within that window.
