    Run a Design FMEA

    Identify failure modes, rate severity, occurrence and detection, prioritise by RPN, and drive design actions that reduce risk before a product ever reaches production.

    Design for Robustness

    Use the P-diagram, Taguchi thinking and tolerance analysis to create designs that stay on target despite manufacturing, environmental and usage variation.

    Verify, Validate and Transfer
