    General

What is the Change Management Foundation and Practitioner certification?

It is a two-level change management credential that validates your ability to manage the people and culture side of organisational change. Foundation confirms your knowledge of change concepts and models, while Practitioner proves you can apply them to real change scenarios. It is aligned to the Change Management Body of Knowledge (CMBoK) and the current exam syllabi.

Is the Change Management certification worth it in the Bahamas?

Yes. As banks, resorts and government agencies run more transformation, from the Sand Dollar rollout to public-service digitisation, employers increasingly want certified change professionals. Change and transformation roles in the Bahamas commonly pay from around B$80,000 to over B$110,000, and certified talent is scarce.

Who should take this change management course?

It suits change managers, project managers, HR business partners, transformation leads, consultants and senior leaders who sponsor change. Anyone responsible for helping people adopt new ways of working benefits from the frameworks and practical skills the course provides.

Do I need experience or prerequisites to start?

No. The Foundation level has no formal prerequisites and is open to all. To sit the Practitioner exam you must first hold the Change Management Foundation certification or an accepted equivalent, which the combined programme prepares you for.

    Is the certification recognised internationally?

Yes. The Change Management qualification is recognised in over 150 countries and is particularly well respected in the UK, Europe, Australia and markets where organisational change is an established profession, so your credential travels with you.

    Pricing

How much does Change Management training cost in the Bahamas?

Fees vary by delivery format and whether exam vouchers are included. The combined package covers both Foundation and Practitioner training with mock exams and materials. For current pricing in the Bahamas, request a quote and a learning advisor will share the options that suit you.

What is included in the course fee?

The fee typically includes instructor-led training across all five syllabus areas, aligned courseware, industry case studies, Foundation and Practitioner mock exams and practice questions, and first-attempt guidance. Confirm whether exam vouchers are included when you enrol. Ask a learning advisor for full details.

Are the exam fees included in the price?

Exam voucher inclusion varies by package, so it is best to confirm at enrolment. Some packages bundle both the Foundation and Practitioner exam vouchers, while others price them separately. Contact us for a clear breakdown before you book.

Do you offer corporate or group discounts?

Yes. We offer corporate group training with customised schedules and volume-based pricing for teams in banking, tourism, government and other sectors. Request a group quote and we will tailor a proposal for your organisation.

    What payment options are available?

We accept major credit and debit cards and bank transfers, and instalment options are available on selected plans. Speak with a learning advisor to choose the option that works best for you.

    Exam

What is the format of the Change Management Foundation exam?

The Foundation exam is closed book with 50 multiple-choice questions to be completed in 40 minutes. The pass mark is 50 percent, which is 25 out of 50 correct. It is usually taken at the end of the Foundation portion of the training.

What is the format of the Practitioner exam?

The Practitioner exam is open book, using the Change Management Practitioner Guide. It has 5 scenario-based sections worth 16 marks each, 80 marks in total, and lasts 2.5 hours. The pass mark is 50 percent, which is 40 out of 80 marks.

How many exams are there in the combined programme?

There are two separate exams. You sit and pass the Foundation exam to earn the Foundation credential, then the Practitioner exam to earn the Practitioner credential. You must pass both to hold both certifications.

What does open book mean for the Practitioner exam?

You may use the Change Management Practitioner Guide during the exam, but the scenario-based questions require analysis and judgement, so you cannot simply look up answers. Efficient guide navigation and deep method knowledge are both essential, which the training builds.

Where can I take the exams?

Both exams are delivered by online proctoring or at an authorised test centre, and are typically taken at the end of the relevant part of the training. Our team guides you through booking so you can sit them when you feel ready.
