Pay capped with little leverage in Tallinn's competitive project market

    After PRINCE2

Senior project manager roles in Estonia average around €55,000 gross, with PMO leads reaching higher

    Today

Passed over for roles that list a structured method as preferred

    After PRINCE2

Eligible for project and programme roles across fintech, banking and digital government

    Today

Strong on delivery, but employers want proven method governance

    After PRINCE2

Fluent in the PRINCE2 7 principles, practices and processes employers ask for

    You earn your PRINCE2

    Before

Project authority rests on experience, not a recognised credential

    Now you have

Two PeopleCert credentials recognised across Europe and beyond

    Before

No formal grounding in a controlled project method

    Now you have

A clear command of PRINCE2 from starting up to closing a project

    Before

Recognition fades when you change employer or sector

    Now you have

A portable credential valued by Tallinn and international employers alike

    Before

An ad hoc approach to risk, quality and change

    Now you have

Repeatable practices for business case, risk, quality and issues

"The gap between running tasks and governing a project is a recognised method, and the employers that matter already know it."

What is PRINCE2 and which edition does this course cover?

PRINCE2 (PRojects IN Controlled Environments) is a structured, scalable project management method covering seven principles, the People capability, seven practices and seven processes. This course covers the current PRINCE2 7 edition (7th Edition, 2023), published by PeopleCert and AXELOS.

Who should take the combined Foundation and Practitioner course?

It suits aspiring and practising project managers, project team members, IT professionals moving into project roles, and PMP or CAPM holders working in European markets. How long are the PRINCE2 certifications valid?

    Pricing

What is included in the PRINCE2 course fee?

Exam fees are set by PeopleCert and billed in EUR under regional pricing. Many accredited packages bundle both Foundation and Practitioner exam vouchers with the training, but this depends on the plan. Confirm inclusions when you request a quote.

Do you offer group or corporate discounts?

Yes. We offer corporate group training with customised schedules and volume-based pricing for delivery teams and PMOs across Estonia. Contact us for a tailored group quote for your team.

    Exam

What is the format of the PRINCE2 Foundation exam?

The Foundation exam has 60 multiple-choice questions to be answered in 60 minutes. It is closed book with a single-answer format, and the pass mark is 60 percent, meaning 36 out of 60 correct. It tests knowledge and comprehension of the PRINCE2 method.

What is the format of the PRINCE2 Practitioner exam?

The Practitioner exam has 56 questions and sub-questions worth 70 marks, over 150 minutes. It is open book, so the PRINCE2 7 manual is permitted, and it is scenario based. The pass mark is 60 percent, which is 42 out of 70 marks.

Do I need Foundation before taking Practitioner?

Yes. PRINCE2 Foundation is the prerequisite for Practitioner. Accepted equivalents such as PMP, CAPM or IPMA levels are also recognised. The combined programme is designed to be taken sequentially, with Foundation first and Practitioner second.

Where can I sit the PRINCE2 exams?

Both exams are delivered by PeopleCert, either online through the OnVUE proctored system available 24/7, or at an authorised test centre. They are usually arranged through the accredited training package as part of your combined course.

What happens if I do not pass the first time?

You can resit either exam. Selected plans include retake support, and our trainers guide you on where to focus before you book again. Confirm the current resit policy and fees with PeopleCert and check the retake terms of your plan with our team.

    Course Content

What will I learn in the PRINCE2 course?

You learn the seven PRINCE2 principles, the People capability, the seven practices, business case, organising, plans, quality, risk, issues and progress, and the seven processes from starting up to closing a project, plus tailoring and full exam preparation for both levels.

Can a beginner take this course?

Yes. PRINCE2 Foundation has no prerequisites and suits those new to project management or to PRINCE2. The programme builds from the fundamentals to the applied Practitioner level, with trainer support and practice throughout, so beginners can follow the full pathway.

Is the courseware aligned to the latest PRINCE2 version?

Yes. The courseware is aligned to PRINCE2 7, the current 7th Edition published in 2023 by PeopleCert and AXELOS, and to the PRINCE2 7 Foundation and Practitioner syllabus documents.

Are practice tests and mock exams included?

Yes. The programme includes practice questions, full mock exams and topic-wise quizzes for both Foundation and Practitioner, helping you identify weak areas and build exam readiness before you sit the papers.

How is the combined programme structured?

The combined programme covers Foundation content first, followed by Practitioner content, and leads to two separate PeopleCert exams. It is commonly delivered over about 32 training hours, with the Foundation exam typically taken before moving into the applied Practitioner material.
