    Do I need prior experience to take this training?

    Anyone can enrol in the training. To sit the exam, PMI requires project risk management experience and education hours that vary by your qualification set. Our trainers help you map your experience to the requirements, and the course provides structured education hours towards eligibility.

    What learning materials are provided?

    You receive PMI-aligned courseware, references to the PMI-RMP ECO and Handbook, risk management templates, practice questions and mock exams, plus topic-wise quizzes to reinforce each domain and identify weak areas.

    Does the course include quantitative risk analysis tools?

    Yes. You practise quantitative techniques including Monte Carlo simulation, decision tree analysis, sensitivity analysis (tornado diagrams) and expected monetary value, alongside qualitative tools such as the probability and impact matrix and risk scoring.

    Is the courseware aligned with the current PMI-RMP syllabus?

    Yes. The courseware is mapped to the current PMI-RMP Examination Content Outline effective January 2022, so you study exactly the domains, tasks and approaches the exam tests, including agile and hybrid risk management.

    What are the eligibility requirements to certify?

    PMI offers three qualification sets. Broadly, with a secondary diploma you need 36 months of project risk management experience and 40 hours of risk education; with a four-year degree, 24 months and 30 hours; a GAC-accredited degree lowers the experience requirement further. Experience must be within the last five years.
