What Is the PRINCE2 Agile Foundation and Practitioner Course?UntitledYour Route into Hybrid Project Delivery

The PRINCE2 Agile Foundation & Practitioner Certification Course (PRINCE2 Agile) is a combined qualification, governed by AXELOS and examined by PeopleCert, that blends the PRINCE2 project management framework with agile delivery approaches such as Scrum, Kanban and Lean Startup. Delivered as PRINCE2 Agile certification training in the Netherlands, this programme helps you lead projects where structured governance meets iterative, team-level delivery. The training covers both levels end to end. Foundation builds your understanding of the agile mindset, the five targets for agile and how PRINCE2 principles, themes and processes are tailored for agile delivery. Practitioner then develops your ability to apply and tailor PRINCE2 Agile in realistic project scenarios, using techniques such as MoSCoW prioritisation, timeboxing and burn charts. It suits project managers, Scrum Masters, delivery leads and PRINCE2 Foundation holders in Dutch organisations that run governed portfolios but deliver with agile teams. With flexible live virtual and classroom formats, you gain a globally recognised, hybrid delivery credential. Start your PRINCE2 Agile journey with Invensis Learning.
