    Step 1: Enrol in the 2-Day DevOps Foundation Training

    Choose your preferred Invensis Learning DevOps Foundation cohort (2-Day Live Online Bootcamp, E-Learning, or Corporate Group Training).

    Step 2: Create Your DevOps Institute Account

    Create or sign in to your DevOps Institute account. Your account stores your exam voucher, schedule, results, and digital badge. Invensis Learning packages typically include the exam voucher.

    Step 3: Complete the Training and Practice Mocks

    Attend the full 2-day training, work through scenario exercises on CALMS, the three ways, and DORA metrics, and complete at least one full-length 40-question mock exam.

    Step 4: Schedule the DevOps Foundation Exam

    Book your exam through your DevOps Institute account: 40 multiple-choice questions, 60 minutes, 65% pass mark, closed book. Online proctored or at an approved test centre.

    What is the format of the DevOps Foundation exam?

    The exam is closed book with 40 single-answer multiple-choice questions. It is delivered online through PeopleCert OnVUE proctoring or at an authorised test centre.

    How many questions are on the exam and how long is it?

    There are 40 questions and you have 60 minutes, or one hour, to complete them.

    What is the passing score for the exam?

    You need 65%, which means answering at least 26 of the 40 questions correctly.

    What topics does the exam cover?

    Six areas from the DevOps Foundation Exam Blueprint: DevOps Foundations, DevOps Concepts and Practices, Agile/ITSM/Lean IT, the Continuous Delivery Pipeline, Automation and Tooling, and DevOps Culture and Organisation.

    What if I do not pass on the first attempt?
