The Foundation exam has 60 multiple-choice questions to be completed in 60 minutes. It is closed book, with a pass mark of 60 percent, meaning 36 out of 60 correct. It tests your knowledge of the PRINCE2 7 method.

What is the format of the PRINCE2 Practitioner exam?

The Practitioner exam has 56 questions and sub-questions worth 70 marks, over 150 minutes. It is open book, allowing the PRINCE2 manual, with a pass mark of 60 percent, meaning 42 out of 70 marks. It tests how you apply and tailor PRINCE2 to scenarios.

How are the PRINCE2 exams delivered?

Both exams are delivered through PeopleCert, either via the OnVUE online proctored system available 24/7 or at an authorised test centre. They are usually arranged as part of your combined training and exam package.

Which edition are the PRINCE2 exams based on?
