    Course Content

    Can I take this course as a beginner to PRINCE2?

    Practitioner is an advanced credential, so you need PRINCE2 Foundation or an accepted equivalent first. If you are new to the method, we can guide you through Foundation and then progress you to Practitioner with structured, hands-on practice.

    What topics does the PRINCE2 Practitioner training cover?

    The training covers the nine syllabus areas: principles, practices and processes, key roles and responsibilities, people management, sustainability and ESG, digital and data management, effective communication, and tailoring PRINCE2 to your project.

    How is the training delivered and how long is it?

    The programme runs across about 16 hours of accredited instruction, delivered as live virtual, classroom or onsite training. Sessions are scenario-based, so you practise applying and tailoring PRINCE2 the way the open-book exam expects.

    Are practice materials and mock questions included?

    Yes. The programme includes scenario-based practice questions and exam technique aligned to the 56-question, open-book Practitioner format, helping you identify weak areas and build readiness before exam day.

    Is the courseware aligned with the latest PRINCE2 syllabus?

    Yes. The courseware is PeopleCert-approved and aligned to the PRINCE2 7th Edition (2023) and the current PRINCE2 7 Practitioner syllabus, including the People capability and sustainability, digital and communication topics.
