    What topics does the PRINCE2 Practitioner training cover?

    The training covers all nine Practitioner syllabus areas: the seven principles, the seven practices, the seven processes, key roles, People management, sustainability and ESG, digital and data management, effective communication, and tailoring PRINCE2 to your needs.

    Which edition is the course based on?

    The course is based on the PRINCE2 7th Edition (2023), aligned to the PRINCE2 7 Managing Successful Projects manual and the current PeopleCert Practitioner syllabus. This is the latest standard for PRINCE2.

    Do I need PRINCE2 Foundation before this course?

    Yes, you need PRINCE2 Foundation or an accepted equivalent such as PMP, CAPM or IPMA before sitting the Practitioner exam. If you do not hold one, complete Foundation first, and we can guide you on the fastest route.

    Are practice materials and mock scenarios included?

    Yes. The programme includes scenario-based exercises, practice questions and open-book exam technique aligned to the 56-question, 70-mark format, helping you identify weak areas and build confidence before the exam.

    What is new in PRINCE2 7 compared with PRINCE2 6?

    PRINCE2 7 introduces the People capability as a core element, renames Themes to Practices, and adds commercial management, sustainability and ESG, and digital and data considerations. It also updates the management products and integrates agile and hybrid ways of working.
