    Course Content

    Do I need prior experience or can a beginner take this course?

    You need PRINCE2 Foundation or an accepted equivalent such as PMP, CAPM or IPMA before sitting Practitioner. The course is built for practising and aspiring project managers, with scenario practice to bridge from knowledge to application.

    What topics does the PRINCE2 Practitioner training cover?

    The training covers the nine Practitioner syllabus areas: the PRINCE2 principles, practices and processes, key roles and responsibilities, people management, sustainability and ESG, digital and data management, effective communication, and tailoring.

    Which edition of PRINCE2 is the course based on?

    The course is based on the current PRINCE2 7th Edition (2023) and the PRINCE2 Managing Successful Projects manual published by PeopleCert and AXELOS. This edition adds the people capability and integrates sustainability and agile considerations.

    Are practice questions and mock exams included?

    Yes. The programme includes scenario-based practice questions and full-length mock exams mapped to the Practitioner syllabus, so you can identify weak areas and build readiness for the open-book format.

    Will I receive study materials and the PRINCE2 manual?

    Yes. You receive accredited PRINCE2 7 courseware and guided practice in navigating the Managing Successful Projects manual, which you are permitted to use in the exam. Materials and language are confirmed at enrolment.
