    The House of Quality is the central QFD planning matrix that links customer requirements to engineering characteristics, scores their relationships, benchmarks against competitors and sets design targets. Building and reading it is the core practical skill in this course.

    How long is the QFD training?

    The course runs for one day (about eight hours), or can be split across two half-days. It covers all six QFD modules with concept explanations, real-world examples and hands-on House of Quality exercises throughout.

    Does the course cover QFD for services and software?

    Yes. Alongside manufacturing product development, the training shows how to apply QFD to service design, healthcare, financial services and software, where customer requirements are translated into delivery standards and test criteria.
