Frequently Asked QuestionsHere's everything you may ask...

It is a combined, two-level programme leading to the EXIN BCS Foundation Certificate in Business Analysis and the EXIN BCS Practitioner Certificate in Business Analysis Practice. Both are developed in partnership with BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT, and aligned to the BCS Business Analysis Body of Knowledge.

    General

What is the Business Analysis Foundation and Practitioner certification?

It is a combined, two-level programme leading to the EXIN BCS Foundation Certificate in Business Analysis and the EXIN BCS Practitioner Certificate in Business Analysis Practice. Both are developed in partnership with BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT, and aligned to the BCS Business Analysis Body of Knowledge.

Is this business analysis certification worth it in Greece?

Yes. With Greek banks, fintechs and technology firms investing in digital transformation, certified analysts are in demand and scarcer than project-delivery talent. Business Analyst roles in Greece average around EUR 47,800, rising toward EUR 62,700 for senior analysts, so the credential supports strong career and earning outcomes.

    Who should take this programme?

It suits people new to business analysis, IT professionals moving into an analyst role, project and product team members, and practising analysts who want to formalise their skills. No prior business analysis qualification is required to begin.

How long are the certifications valid?

Both the Foundation and Practitioner certifications are for lifetime. Neither expires and there is no renewal fee or continuing-education requirement, so once you pass you hold the credentials permanently.

    Is the certification recognised internationally?

Yes. EXIN operates in over 165 countries and BCS is the UK's chartered professional body for IT. The combined credential is well recognised across Greece, Europe, the UK, the Middle East and Asia.

    Pricing

How much does the training cost in Greece?

Fees vary by delivery format and schedule, so pricing is available on request. Your package covers EXIN BCS-aligned courseware, trainer-led sessions, mock exams and learner support. Request a quote for current pricing and any group offers.

What is included in the course fee?

The fee typically includes EXIN BCS-aligned courseware, instructor-led sessions for both levels, industry case studies, practice questions and mock exams, and post-training support. Exam voucher inclusion is confirmed at enrolment.

Are the exam fees included in the price?

EXIN exam voucher pricing varies by region and channel, so exam inclusion is confirmed when you enrol. Speak with a learning advisor to see whether the Foundation and Practitioner vouchers are bundled in your chosen package.

Do you offer corporate or group discounts?

Yes. We offer corporate group training with customised schedules and volume-based pricing for analysis, product and PMO teams across Greece. Contact us for a tailored group quote.

    What payment options are available?

We accept major credit and debit cards and bank transfers, with instalment options on selected plans. Talk to a learning advisor to choose the option that suits you.

    Exam

What is the format of the two exams?

The Foundation exam has 40 closed-book, single-answer multiple-choice questions in 60 minutes. The Practitioner exam has 40 closed-book, scenario-based multiple-choice questions in 60 minutes. Both are aligned to the EXIN BCS Examination Specifications.

What is the passing score for each exam?

The passing score is 65% for both exams, which is 26 correct answers out of 40. You sit and pass two separate exams to hold both the Foundation and Practitioner credentials.

Do I need to pass Foundation before Practitioner?

The EXIN BCS Foundation Certificate is the recommended prerequisite for the Practitioner level. The combined programme covers Foundation first, then Practitioner, so you build knowledge before applying it in scenarios.

Where can I take the exams?

Both exams can be taken online through EXIN's proctored exam system or at an accredited testing location. They are typically arranged through your accredited training provider as part of the programme.

What if I do not pass on the first attempt?

You can resit an EXIN exam by purchasing a new voucher, and our trainers provide guidance to help you prepare for a retake. Confirm the current resit policy and fees at the time of enrolment.

    Course Content

What topics does the programme cover?

Foundation spans 14 topic areas, including investigation techniques, requirements engineering, business process and requirements modelling, stakeholder management and the business case. Practitioner covers seven applied areas assessed through scenario-based questions.

What will I learn to do in practice?

You will learn to investigate a business situation, elicit and prioritise requirements, model processes with BPMN and UML, analyse strategy and options, build a business case with NPV and ROI, and manage stakeholders on real projects.

Do I need prior experience to join?

No. The Foundation level has no formal prerequisites and is open to all, so beginners are welcome. Practising analysts also benefit from the structure and the applied Practitioner techniques.

Are practice tests and materials provided?

Yes. You receive EXIN BCS-aligned courseware, industry case studies, and practice questions and mock exams for both the Foundation and Practitioner levels to build exam readiness.

Is the courseware aligned to the current standard?

Yes. The material is aligned to the current EXIN BCS Foundation and Practitioner Examination Specifications and the BCS Business Analysis Body of Knowledge, so you study the up-to-date syllabus.

    Enrollment

How do I enrol in the course?

You can enrol through the Invensis Learning website. Choose your preferred format, complete payment, and you will receive access to schedules, courseware and learning resources. Talk to an advisor if you need help choosing a batch.

What training formats are available in Greece?

We offer live virtual instructor-led training, classroom sessions where available, and customised corporate group training, so you can choose the format that fits your schedule across Greece.

    How soon can I start?

New batches run regularly in live virtual format, and corporate cohorts are scheduled to suit your team. See upcoming schedules or speak with a learning advisor to find the next available start date.

Can I reschedule or transfer my enrolment?

Yes. Flexi options let you reschedule or move to another batch, and selected plans allow you to attend the training again. Contact support to arrange this.

What is the refund or cancellation policy?

Refunds and cancellations follow our published policy, and selected plans include a money-back option. Reach out to our team for the details that apply to your enrolment.
