    What topics does JIRA Fundamentals cover?

    Fundamentals covers navigating Jira, creating projects, managing issues across the epic, story, task, bug and subtask hierarchy, running Scrum and Kanban boards, sprints, roadmaps and versions, and using filters, basic JQL and Agile reports such as velocity and burndown.

    What topics does JIRA Advanced cover?

    Advanced covers custom workflow design, permission, notification, screen and field configuration schemes, custom fields, advanced JQL, dashboards, Jira automation, integrations with Confluence, Bitbucket, GitHub and CI/CD tools, and Jira administration.

    How long is each level of the training?

    JIRA Fundamentals runs over two days (16 hours) and JIRA Advanced over three days (24 hours). Both are available as full-day or extended half-day formats; ask us for current schedules in Indonesia.

    Will I learn JQL and Jira automation?

    Yes. Fundamentals introduces filters and basic JQL, while Advanced covers advanced JQL, dashboards and Jira automation rules with triggers, conditions and smart values so you can eliminate repetitive manual work.

    The training focuses on Atlassian Jira Software and is delivered using a current Jira environment such as Jira Cloud, with concepts that also apply to Jira Data Center. You practise on realistic Agile delivery scenarios throughout.
