    What will I learn in the Fundamentals level?

    Fundamentals covers project setup and calendars, building a work breakdown structure, task dependencies and the critical path, resource creation and assignment, over-allocation, setting baselines, tracking progress with the Tracking Gantt, and generating built-in status reports.

    What does the Advanced level cover?

    Advanced covers task types and the scheduling formula, resource pools and levelling, cost management and Earned Value (SPI, CPI, EAC), custom fields, views, filters and visual reports, master projects and cross-project links, and what-if scenario planning with multiple baselines.

    How long is each level and how many hours is it?

    Fundamentals runs over 2 days (16 hours total) and Advanced over 3 days (24 hours total). Both are available as full-day intensive sessions or extended half-day formats. Confirm current scheduling options when you enrol.

    Is the training hands-on or just theory?

    It is highly hands-on. You follow along in Microsoft Project as the trainer demonstrates each feature, and you practise on realistic project scenarios throughout, so you build genuine software proficiency rather than only learning concepts.
