Yes. The PMP is frequently specified by employers on giga-projects and capital programmes, and certified professionals report a 20 to 40 per cent salary premium over non-certified peers. As Saudization and Vision 2030 raise demand for certified project leaders, the credential is a strong career investment.

    Exam

What is the format of the PMP exam?

The PMP exam is a closed-book, scenario-based test delivered online through Pearson VUE OnVUE proctoring or at a Pearson VUE test centre. It uses multiple question types, including multiple choice, multiple response, matching, hotspot and limited fill-in-the-blank.

How many questions are on the PMP exam and how long is it?

The PMP exam has 180 questions and lasts 230 minutes (3 hours 50 minutes), including two 10-minute scheduled breaks. Understanding the format helps you plan your preparation and manage time on exam day.

What are the PMP exam domains?

The current exam, aligned to the PMBOK Guide Eighth Edition, covers five domains: Project Management Fundamentals and Core Concepts (15%), Predictive Plan-Based Methodologies (28%), Agile Frameworks and Methodologies (27%), Business Analysis and Strategic Management (18%), and Stakeholder Engagement and Communication (12%).

Which edition is the PMP exam based on?

The exam references the PMBOK Guide 8th Edition and the current PMP Examination Content Outline. Our courseware is aligned to this edition so you prepare with up-to-date content that reflects predictive, agile and hybrid delivery.

What is the passing score for the PMP exam?

PMI does not publish a fixed numeric pass mark. The passing score is set through psychometric analysis, and results are reported as Above Target, Target, Below Target or Needs Improvement per domain, so aim for broad mastery across all five domains.

What if I do not pass the exam on the first attempt?

You are allowed up to three attempts within your one-year eligibility period from application approval. A reexamination fee applies to the second and third attempts. Our practice questions, mock exams and trainer support are designed to help you pass with confidence.

    Does the training cover agile?

Yes. Around half of the exam reflects agile or hybrid approaches, and the current exam has a dedicated Agile Frameworks and Methodologies domain. The training covers Scrum, Kanban, lean techniques and hybrid delivery in depth alongside predictive methods.

Do I need prior experience to take this course?

You can join the training at any experience level, and beginners are welcome. To sit the PMP exam, PMI requires project leadership experience and 35 contact hours of education, which this programme provides. Our trainers support you throughout with practical examples.

How many contact hours does the training provide?
