How long is the Observability Foundation certification valid?

What is the format of the Observability Foundation exam?

The OBSF exam is an open-book, single-answer multiple-choice paper based on the Observability Foundation Exam Blueprint and Body of Knowledge. It is delivered online with PeopleCert proctoring or at an authorised test centre.

How many questions are on the OBSF exam and how long is it?

The exam has 40 multiple-choice questions and a duration of 60 minutes (one hour). It is open book and uses a single-answer format.

What is the passing score for Observability Foundation?

The pass mark is 65%, which means answering at least 26 of the 40 questions correctly.

What topics does the exam cover?

The programme is 16 hours, typically delivered as two full days or four half-days. It covers all six modules of the Observability Foundation syllabus and prepares you for the exam.
