    The course covers the 5 Whys, the Fishbone (Ishikawa) diagram, Fault Tree Analysis, FMEA in the RCA context, and the 8D problem-solving methodology, plus Is/Is Not analysis, timeline and event mapping, and corrective action planning and verification.

    What will I be able to do after the training?

    You will be able to write a precise problem statement, apply the 5 Whys, facilitate a Fishbone workshop, use Fault Tree Analysis for safety-critical events, complete an 8D report, and develop and verify corrective actions that meet ISO 9001 Clause 10.2.

    Are there hands-on exercises?

    Yes. Hands-on RCA exercises and case-study investigations run throughout the programme, so you apply each tool to realistic problem scenarios rather than only learning the theory.
